“Got a flower delivery for my 20th Anniversary and typically my arrangements from Royer's look GREAT for 7-10 days and last about 14 but some of the flowers looked droopy after 2 days. Called up and spoke with Sonya, who was wonderful, and she was happy to replace immediately. I brought them in and she went to work right away on a replacement bouquet. Royer's is well known for beautiful flower arrangements but what really makes a business outstanding is what happens when an issue arises.
