“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this flower shop. They do amazing work time after time. My husband frequently buys me flowers from here and has them delivered to my work. Each bouquet is so big, beautiful and unique! Pricing is good and they provide friendly service. They always seem to add designer flowers and greenery that make the arrangement special and something you wouldn’t see at a grocery store flower spot or anywhere else. They have always been able to accommodate last minute requests and are amazing each time. I am sad we didn’t find this place before we got married because I definitely would have used them in my wedding. 10/10 recommend Flower World of York.”

“We hired Kathryn for our wedding in July 2023 and could not have been happier with her work. We had limited florals for our wedding, commissioning only the wedding party’s bouquets and boutonnieres plus a few loose mums to put in vases. In our initial call, I communicated that florals were not the highest of priorities for us, though we still wanted it done well, and Kathryn completely understood and ran with it. She knew exactly what to do and did a fantastic job choosing fewer but bigger, in-season, non-exotic florals that matched our wedding invites. Her “florist notes” on the invoice from our initial conversation included such detail and artistic vision that I felt showed that Kathryn really loves her work and made me confident that we made the right choice. On the day of, she delivered the finished product bright and early for our morning ceremony, and surprised us with extra greenery that she helped secure to the tops of the posts inside the tent, which was such a nice touch! “I live out of state, but ordered these online to be delivered to my mom who lives in York for her birthday. Website and ordering was super easy. Lots of options and price points. They were open and delivered on a holiday (MLKJr Day). I had left a delivery note that these could be left on the porch if no one was home but being out of state I didn’t realize how cold it was there, and rather than letting them die on the porch, the employee deliverer waited in the van until my mom answered the door! Would definitely order from these guys again.”

“I contacted Fosters I had little hope that they could accommodate me due to it being on the later side of planning my wedding, it being such a small order and it said they were not available on my wedding day. I am so so soooo glad I contacted them anyway because they were more than accommodating and made the most perfect arrangements I could ever ask for. My only requests were to #1 to be carrying a piece of art, #2 be full and long, and #3 be within my color scheme. I got so many compliments all night on how amazing they were! “If you are looking for a florist with a personal touch, this is the place! I called to order flowers for a friend's funeral and Anneka designed the perfect arrangement. She personalized it with a country basket and a big variety of bright flowers because I told her my friend loves gardening. Anneka went above and beyond in texting me pictures of the basket choices and flowers. My friend loved the arrangement and said it stood out from all the rest. I was so happy to find a flower shop who really cares about their customers. Other places I called wanted me to just pick a bouquet online. I highly recommend Lincolnway Flower Shop!”
