GIANT

Pharmacies, Grocery Stores
Hours: GIANT is a pretty nice, clean, and well-organized store that is usually well stocked with most products. The baked goods are noted as very fresh and tasty. Many workers are described as helpful, friendly, and hard-working, with some going out of their way for customers. However, customer service experiences vary. Some associates are not friendly, and there can be issues with checkout. Problems include long lines with few employees, annoying cross-talk among staff at the registers, and occasional difficulties with both self-checkout machines and cashier accuracy. While generally a good store, some feel certain staff may need more training.
