“Our family ran out of propane and lost heat on the coldest day of the year. We called Lancaster Propane and Gas around 9am and Paul and his son William were at our house by 11am to deliver propane. They are the only company who was willing to come out to our home on a weekend. What could have been a terrible day turned into a very positive experience thanks to this company. They were prompt, very kind and professional. Not only did they get us our heat back but they also installed a tank monitor for our peace of mind so this won’t happen again.
