He listened to us and he was more than aware that we knew what we wanted and we knew what we were talking about. Derick was not pushy. He listened. He explained what he did know and he was honest if he didn’t know something and then he discussed it with his managers, including Mark, who was also phenomenal. The whole transaction was great. There was constant communication, honesty, transparency, and again no pressure.
The negotiation was fair and firm. Both sides got what we wanted. Information on the car was readily available and more than enough to make an informed decision

My first interaction was when a deer hit my truck, and they were due to make body and frame repairs. Extremely professional and friendly, and I was happy with the process. I ended up having the truck totalled, but was pleased with the pre-work.
Second tine, I had a door repaired on my new truck after someone backed into it. They replaced with new door and blended with a great color match and good quality finish. I'm very pleased with the work.
I have used another local place before and that place had left masking tape on the car, and grit in the paint, so Caliber in Aston was a breath of fresh air of getting the job done right first time.

“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”

Insurance tried to refer me to a closer place, but after doing our research my husband and I decided to drive a little further to Concord auto body to get my car fixed. It had great reviews, and my father used them before as well and had a great experience. They turned what was a horrible encounter with a criminal, into making me believe in humanity again. They detailed the car after, and it looked so good I wanted to cry. They even took time to add some screws I was missing on my license plate. So much attention to detail! I wanted a Subaru outback for over half my life and to have it broken into was devastating, but I am SO grateful we chose Concord auto body! Phenomenal job and customer service skills.
