“Wow. What an amazing company. I’m a new homeowner and clueless about heating with oil…with that being said, while out of town I ran out of oil and came home to my home at 43degrees. I called the emergency line (since it was on a Saturday), and they talked me through everything. Within 30 minutes, Jon arrived and filled my tank. He took the time to explain how to measure the oil in the tank. He also help me get the furnace up and running again, and explained how to ignite the furnace if it didn’t ignite automatically.
This company goes out of their way to take care of their customers. I appreciate them greatly!!”

“Just received our first delivery from Woodford for propane. Delivery driver Jim was FANTASTIC.Took care not to damage the driveway. Josh came out on Wednesday and removed our old rental tanks and replaced them with new ones. Not an easy task as all 3 had to be removed and the new ones placed by hand truck ( no access for truck mounted crane). Just a GREAT first impression of Woodford and their employees. Would highly recommend them. We are an hour plus from their office and they had no problem coming this far so check them out even if you think you might be too far out from their location. Too bad I can’t give them 6 stars!!”
