From that very first day to more than a decade later, the entire team has consistently been some of the kindest, fairest, and most genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. When I lost family members a few years ago, they showed such heartfelt respect and compassion. They remembered my loved ones — even my grandparents — and their thoughtfulness meant the world to me during that difficult time.
Whenever I’ve had an issue with my medication, they’ve always gone above and beyond, jumping through hoops to help and always offering the fairest prices possible. It’s not just great service; it’s the warm, family-like atmosphere, the respect, and the wonderful unity among the staff that keeps me coming back. You don’t just walk in — you look forward to it. “I do appreciate Walmart Pharmacy for vaccines and prescription service. However, I found a discrepancy with my Metformin refill (first time but it appears concerning to me). My Metformin was 850 mg daily, but was changed to 1000 mg daily several months ago. The prescription was due for refill shortly and i received a text it was ready. I picked up the prescription - did not check it. When the last pills were about done, I got the new refills out. The pills were physically different. I looked at the bottle label and found it wasn't the new 1000mg tablets, it was the old prescription for 850mg. I caught the error, called the Pharmacy and was told it was INCORRECT! THE TECH TOLD ME THAT THE OLD PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT STOPPED, AND THE SYSTEM REFILLED THE OLD ONE NOT THE CURRENT ONE. THIS COULD REALLY HURT SOMEONE. A NEW SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED. BUT, ISN'T THE PHARMACIST TO CHECK THIS?”
