This place has a major problem at the deli counter.
When you order prosciutto and ask to be sliced very thin (the only way to eat it) they cut it like slabs because they’re too lazy to make the extra cuts.
Same thing with most deli meats.
They have 1 slicer and the 2 working the counter move like zombies.

Why is there an armed guard now? This is a cut-rate Costco, not the federal reserve. I'll be cancelling my membership and giving my money to somewhere that doesn't make my family and I feel like criminals upon walking into the store.

Today I ran into a situation leaving the store normally we check our receipts before exit, and a young man tried to skip the line, shout out to the 2 guards at the door for there professional work, they stopped the guy ended up he was trying to steal some items or an item I guess he was mad they caught him but he basically disrespected the elder gentleman at the door checking receipts thank you for having such amazing guards to protect the community stores keep up the good work and thank you for protecting us at all times

The rude girl at self checkout will get in your face for going to a register that has a light on. Then she will call you ignorant when she has to do her job and fix the self checkout register.

When there's the right person in the deli it's an positive experience. Although sometimes the deli closes before it's supposed to do to lack of workers it can get fustrating.

I order a 1/2 sheet birthday cake on 3/31/25, for pickup on 4/5/25 at 9am pickup time. When I arrive at 10:15, the cake wasn't ready. Two women in the bakery department were looking for the cake. When I ask for the manager of the bakery. Luis, the bakery department manager, tells me that they are working on my cake. I asked is there a problem with my order. No reply from Luis or staff in the bakery department. Instead of being honest and forthcoming with me. Luis attitude was your still going get your cake. At this I was annoyed that it was no accountability. My time is valuable the same as every other customer. When I finally got my order they spelled the name wrong on the cake. I told them the name was spelled wrong and I need fixed, Donte is spelled will an O not an A. Luis told me I was yelling at him. I said if I was yelling at him security and the police would be here. I was offered a discount but the whole experience left me dissatisfied. I also didn't get what I order, they gave me a marble sheet cake instead of yellow sheet cake.I hope some one would reach out to discuss this matter further.

I placed an order for a cake and cupcakes on the app, and the app requires you to submit each item as separate orders. Somehow the app orders got messed up, and it’s rather confusing for the employees. Dominique called me to sort things out. She was so friendly and helpful, which is why I wanted to submit a positive review. I really appreciate the time Dominique took to help me since the party I am planning is for my baby’s first birthday, and I’d really like everything to go correctly. Without her help, the order would have been incorrect.

It's convenient and usually well stocked. I get that every store that sells food is going to have mice, but twice I have seen bread on the shelf with mouse holes chewed through them. Tonight a mouse ran across the aisle right in front of me. They need to check their bread for sale and get the mice under control.
