First time in this citizen bank location. I try to open my checking account and Jodi she is amazing nice and sweet and really helpful. And of course everyone there are nice n helpful.

I enjoy being able to go to my branch and getting personal attention for my needs! Everyone at my branch is professional and super friendly. I definitely don't want robots to take over my banking account and experience
