“I had to deposit a check for my business. I forgot my personalized deposit slip. The teller could not have been nicer and looked up my information and filled out the slip for me. And she did this all with a smile, while joking around with me. One of the best experiences I've had at any bank branch ever!”
“Kim is the only one at this location who seems to know what she is doing. I have to go every other week & if I don’t get her I’m stuck waiting awhile & they typically end up needing her help. I’ll wait in line watching the other tellers always struggle with every customer. Not sure her exact title but she deserves a raise/promotion!”

“Krewstown Firstrust is the absolute best and friendliest branch . Even though I live closer to and pass other branches I come to Krewstown branch.
I’ve had several issues in the past that needed immediate attention including theft of all cards and Krewstown branch has handled everything with a personal and professional touch easing my mind. Many other issues I’ve had and dealing with Beth, Jackie, Lori , Natalie they handled it all for me. They’re not just employees at a bank they make me feel comfortable and confident with my banking and personal issues and questions. Family I would say .”

“Excellent experience at this branch! I came in because my debit card inexplicably was declared expired even though it had over a month left before it was due to expire. The 800 number customer service was of little help so I came into this branch to try and get some answers.
Kristen spent 45 minutes navigating the phone system to get us an answer as to what happened (a system glitch). She was extremely sympathetic and diligent in getting me an answer to what the heck was happening.
