“Above and beyond is how I would describe my experience today. I brought in a drawer from a dresser that needed all new screws for knobs I was trying to replace . Not only did the two employees figure out which screws I needed, they actually attached the knobs onto the drawer! They then offered to fix the other three drawers that were still in my car! I have never experienced this type of customer service ever! They were the nicest, most helpful guys. They made my day and restored my faith in humanity.”
“If you are someone like me, you are constantly doing little diy projects around your house and don't need tons of materials. Sometimes the Lowe's and Home Depot's can get extremely overwhelming and often times hard to find help from an employee. I have recently stopped going to Lowe's in Havertown and solely go to DMI on haverford rd! They have anything I could possibly need for the projects around my house. Lumber, paint, hardware, screws and nails, tools, gardening supplies, rental equipment for those larger projects, you name it! They also do chair and table rentals if you are throwing a party and need some extras! It really does feel like a family when you walk in there. There are numerous employees walking around, constantly asking how they can assist and make your experience at DMI better than it already is. From large to small, DMI has all that you could possibly need at a great price. Give it a try next time, I'm sure you will be back!”
“It's a very good home improvement store with great selections of building supplies, appliances, plants, and holiday decor. You could spend many hours looking for and/or figuring out what your next home improvement project might be.If you're any type of DIYer, you can get most of what you need if not everything here. If you want a professional to do the job, you could make arrangements to have what you purchase installed such as doors and bathtubs.If you are a Veteran or active duty, you want to sign up for the military discount program (verification required) for 10% everyday discount. “We have been working with this company for probably a decade or more mainly for kitchen and bathroom countertops-granite and quartz. We did purchase a vanity with top from them about 5 years ago that was good quality. We recently had three vanity countertops installed with quartz at our personal property. Price was great and the crew that installed was professional and pleasant. Will continue to use them in the future.”

“I love the quality of their merchandise it's couple steps up compared to Home Depot cleaner store and the prices are fair the only thing I have a problem with is the lack of knowledge with the employees and The Limited help when you try to find someone to help you he seems to be like that every place I walk in that's why I gave it four star. Was Justin Lowe's Township Line Road first time someone ever blew me off instead of helping me this is not my area what is that supposed to mean? Another thing look at these pictures who's going to buy this drywall that's sitting in the rain at Lowe's I won't”

“This has been and continues to be my go-to home improvement store. They manage to stock the store with an incredible amount of products for a store this size. The staff is very professional and helpful and really ready to assist you in finding what ever you are looking for or answering your questions so that you purchase the right item the first time. Can't say enough good things about this one.”
