Michaels is a very nice, large, neat, clean, and organized store. It has a fabulous location and a super nice, very helpful staff, especially in the framing department. The store carries unique items not found at other locations. While it is large and has most things, it can be difficult to find help at times. Some aisle entries are blocked by columns, making navigation tricky. It may not have specific items like a hair section or certain jewelry sets. Online order pickup is smooth and efficient.
