“Good experience today. I had an unexpected experience about a week ago. Placed an order at my nearby location, and it was sent to another location. I was told this happens sometimes when the store does not have all of your items.Other than this, my experiences are always good.”

“This store is amazing for the items in stock and the good prices. There is a huge selection of anything that you can think of for any scale model trains. They have a large helpful staff who are willing to help you find any particular item and good advice and tips for the hobby.”

And most importantly this is a great place for my wife to play and feel welcome which has more value than I can express in this limited space. “I've been coming here for a year and this seems to be one of the better stocked locations of Michael's. Whenever the ceramic pots and gardening material I'm looking for goes sale, I'll usually find the design and size I need. The staff are nice and the space is bright. Overall great place, and don't forget to check online coupons!”

“New Wave is my favorite local Comic Book Shop. Jason and co. are the nicest people, and are happy to welcome anyone, whether it's their first time or they come in every week. This isn't a snoody insider shop, where an angry neckbeard will laugh at you for not knowing your Image from your Darkhorse. These folks are happy to help anybody with their first venture into comics, or will kindly leave the veterans to browse. They will set up a pull-list for you, if you want to keep up to date on the latest issues, which is even easier and more convenient to do from home if you use Facebook or Instagram. Just follow their posts and comment on their new release postings to pre-order anything in advance. And my favorite Sunday activity is following their weekly "Claims," where they feature new-to-the-store key issues and bundles at great deals. It's also a great spot for Free Comic Book Day and Halloween. They have some back issues, including some nice expensive finds on the wall and behind the glass, but since it's not the biggest shop in the world, you could probably look elsewhere for that. The customer service and atmosphere is what I come for, though, so it's my first and primary destination for new books.”

“There is something called, "stacking coupons", for you spathers out there (people that like / enjoy saving money on purchases) this store lets you combine your coupons so you can really get some good deals. Today, my girlfriend bought a $39.99 frame for $18.33 after using a $10 earned coupon reward, $5 earned coupon reward, and using a 20% coupon for the item. In these tough economy times I highly recommend if you are shopping for frames, Michael's Crafts can be a great place to save money if utilized correctly. As always people SYOY!!!”

“Very neat toy and game store! This place has a lot of stuff, from cute stuffed animals to adult games to comic merchandise. There's a lot of unique and interesting things here. My husband comes here a lot for the Funkos and adult games! Great and unique store at the mall for all ages and definitely recommend checking it out!”

“I love Michael's because of the great deals and products they carry. However I like this location because of the people that work here and the convenience of the area. The workers in here are friendly and quite knowledgeable about where things are located in the store and on certain topics too. That's a big thing for me! If you do crafting or like to make things once in a while this is one of the best places to go outside of a hobby shop!”

“Large store with most of what we were looking for. Only gripe about this place is how difficult it is to find somebody to help. Also, the columns to hold the ceiling up are in the middle of some aisle entries making it difficult to navigate at times.”
