The staff is very friendly, hospitable, kind, attentive, and accommodating, going out of their way to make stays magical. Guests loved the clean, cute rooms, which were welcoming with details like a bottle of wine and charcuterie board. The bed was plush and comfortable, the kind to sink into and immediately relax. Breakfast was amazing, delicious, and fabulous, including the Philly breakfast sandwich and egg white omelet, with a chef who takes great care. The location offers convenient access to downtown Philadelphia. The experience is described as a rare find offering real luxury without an inflated price tag, with a magical quality that exceeds expectations. The service is outstanding, warm, and genuine. Guests highly recommend this gem and would absolutely stay again.
