“Our stay at Willough Bed and Breakfast was comfortable and relaxing. We felt welcomed and at home from the moment we booked to the time we left. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable in this historic home. The owner and hostess, MJ was gracious and helpful. Chef Bob Barrett prepared the most amazing breakfast. I highly recommend the eggs florentine.”

“Great stay at the AKA Rittenhouse. The room was spacious and clean - we felt right at home. The neighborhood is very central and dynamic. We visited with family and the service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Greg at the front was great at making my nephew laugh. Will be our go to when we visit Philly.”

Minimum but very effective and attentive staff.”

“We lived here for 2 years. Management and the maintenance teams are absolutely best. If there is any maintenence issues it is resolved within few minutes. Once we had a power outage only in our unit, the management and the maintenance team worked on the weekend and fixed the issue. Ashley even offered to accommodate us in a fully furninshed unit until the electricity was back. She stayed until the issue was resolved during her weekend break . The management and the maintenance team always go above and beyond with their service. They frequently organize social events. When we lived here we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Its a beautiful community. Thank you Team Blue Bell Villas.”

“My husband and I got married this past weekend and had our hotel room block at the Residence. With such a chaotic weekend, it was so refreshing to have staff that were so competent and also so kind and hospitable. Tatiana and Helen in particular were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend staying here!”

“I just had lunch with a friend. First time since the renovation. We were in the cocktail lounge and everything was perfect...food, service, atmosphere. Most impressive was the new beer tap system and I recommend asking for a demonstration. It sounds crazy, but I've never seen anything like it. Definitely recommend.”

“My family and I stayed at ROOST East Market in Philadelphia for six weeks while my husband underwent medical treatment, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.

We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home during an incredibly difficult time in our lives.

What made this experience exceptional, though, was the people. Every single person we encountered, from the reservation staff to the front desk team to housekeeping, was kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. Their level of customer service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before.

Having a fully functioning apartment with a kitchen was also invaluable during an extended stay. It allowed us to prepare meals and avoid the constant expense and stress of eating out every day like you typically would in a hotel.

Most importantly, the compassion shown to us while we were there dealing with serious medical issues meant more than I can adequately express. ROOST East Market gave us comfort, peace, and support during one of the hardest periods of our lives.

It is located central to just about everything in Center City Philly. An absolutely beautiful location.

This was, without question, the best extended-stay experience I have ever had, and I would highly recommend ROOST East Market to anyone needing accommodations in Philadelphia.”

“I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia Navy Yard. The service was fantastic—staff were friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, especially if you’re planning to attend Phillies or Eagles games, as it’s just a short distance from the stadiums. There was plenty of parking available, making the experience stress-free. I stayed here for work, and they were truly awesome, even offering a free shuttle to Center City every 15 minutes, which made exploring Philadelphia convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot to rest and discover the city’s attractions. Highly recommended! ❤️”

“The place was amazing so clean so nice but I don't know if I came on the wrong day or what but the breakfast was not as good as I hoped for the pancake maker was out the yogurt machine was out as well half of the condiments like the chocolate chips and the whipped cream. I will be coming back for the atmosphere the cleanness but not the breakfast.”

“Business lunch, the room was beautiful and the food and service great. The view is spectacular!

I am giving four stars because it is very difficult to get from the parking lot to the main door if you do not get dropped off. There are so many steps and if you have any difficulty walking, it is very very challenging. It also happened to be incredibly windy that day, and it was not pleasant. Get dropped off if you can at the door.”

“I’ve been fortunate to attend our companies offsite here for the past two years, and it’s been a fantastic experience both times. We reserve one of the conference rooms for a few days, and everything from start to finish has always been smooth and well-organized.

The staff really stands out. This year, Karima (Front Desk and Housekeeping Supervisor) was especially memorable - super energetic, friendly, and genuinely fun to interact with. Every time I passed by, she had me laughing. Honestly, every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and attentive, which made a big difference for a group event like ours.

We had food catered during our sessions, and the team did a great job making sure everything was set up on time, refreshed as needed, and cleared quickly. They also had thoughtful snacks and goodies available between sessions, which everyone appreciated.

The room itself was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and I had an awesome view of the pond - it was partially frozen when I arrived and had thawed out by the time I left, which was a cool touch. I also stopped by the front desk for directions at one point, and they were quick and helpful.

One of the highlights was a private dinner we hosted on-site in the mansion - the food was delicious, and the drinks were a great addition to the experience.

Overall, this is a great spot for corporate offsites or events. The combination of the setting, service, and attention to detail makes it easy to recommend. Already looking forward to being back next year.”

“Highly recommend! If you are browsing trying to decide, I definitely think this is a great choice here. Great location, nice staff, free breakfast, very clean rooms!!! I'm huge on cleanliness and was grateful to have a clean room after escaping a disaster short term rental. I also had one of the best views of any hotel I've ever been to. Being able to crack open a window for fresh air is a small but lovely perk!

Also the rooms have filtered water by tap! Incredibly useful amenity.

Will 100% book again when back in Philly.”

“Rooms are very clean but sparse. No coffee maker or fridge in room. Coffee available in lobby limited times. Basic furniture. Staff was excellent though. Depending on your priorities, great or good place to stay.”

“Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath.

I also stopped by the bar for a glass of wine, which was fine, and the staff there were very kind as well. The hotel has a small gym, business facilities, and a very good location right next to King of Prussia Mall (the fourth largest mall in America), which was a big plus for me.

Unfortunately, during the night I noticed the heating wasn’t working properly. Instead of switching on and off to keep the room at a steady temperature, it kept alternating between cold and hot air and it was quite noisy. I ended up turning it off, but then the room got pretty cold and I didn’t sleep that well. It was basically a choice between a cold room or a noisy room. Since it was the middle of the night, it didn’t feel like the right time to complain or ask to change rooms, so I just put up with it. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels in America seem to have similar heating systems.

Breakfast was open slightly late, which was fine, and the food was okay, although a couple of staff members were talking quite loudly to each other which felt a bit odd in the morning. Checkout was very smooth.

Overall, an okay stay with a great location, but the heating really let it down.”

“Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a fantastic location, very close to city hall, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, true professionals. And we found the rooms to be perfectly sized, extremely clean, and just right for our needs. Plus there’s a 24 hour coffee and water station in the very comfortable lobby that we took full advantage of. Would absolutely stay again.”

“I always stay here when visiting Philadelphia. Only sad thing was the heater in the pool has been broken my last 2 visits. But attest they have a hot tub. If the heater was fixed it would be 5 stars”

“We live local but came here for a weekend get away! It is amazing. The entire staff, the room was so clean, the bed and bedding were amazing. We dined at the Triple Crown restaurant in the hotel that serves food from morning until evening. It was delicious. So nice to have a high quality hotel and restaurant close to home. A neighborhood gem!”

“It was fine. Rooms, lobby, and hallways were all clean. One elevator for a hotel that size was odd. Did not like that you could not get a cup of coffee unless you paid for one at Starbucks which is only open in the mornings. The hotel restaurant and bar were great.”

“This hotel is very nice and clean. I'm happy that I chose it for my grandmother and brother that flew in from California for my Graduation. Maria was so helpful and her customer service was excellent. The location is 30 minutes from the airport and Philadelphia. I would recommend this hotel.”

“We recently stayed here for a wedding weekend. We originally booked a king suite and were then upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The rooms were clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was ok, really glad to see oat milk! I think breakfast could use more fresh fruit.”

“Have stayed so many times for work. Never have had a bad experience. Make sure you get your cookies at check in. The gym is one of the best in a hotel and nobody is ever in it. Best place to stay”

“If I could give the service a 10 star, I would. Ebony was so amazing. She’s pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and a breath of fresh air. There was a server that assisted us also and his trainee that accompanied him that were also very great. My girlfriend and I will be visiting again soon.”
