“Tyrah is one of the best hotel receptionists I've ever experienced. I travel the country staying at Mariott locations and she is top notch. Her customer skills and attention to details are phenomenal. She deserves a huge promotion. Thanks again for everything Tyrah.”

“Very attentive staff who are super helpful and supportive to assist in anyway possible. I truly am thankful for their team for assisting me during my hospital trip to Philly for surgery. They made this 10x easier for me to handle than any other hotel would have in my opinion. I will definitely be back and recommend. My favorite part was my first day being there to walk in Rittenhouse Park it was beautiful. Again location is perfect. Toiletries smell fantastic as well by the way.”
“We stayed at the AVE from May- August of 2025. Without question it was the most enjoyable summer we have ever experienced. The facilities and accommodations are first class and the staff is terrific. From Sharaz and Julie at the front desk to Nicole and Tonia in the offices, the staff members made us always feel welcomed. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. It’s no wonder that the words used by long time residents, when asked about living at the AVE, is “it’s easy”. We would like to thank all of the staff for their ongoing support, assistance, kindness and professional attitudes during our stay. We highly recommend the AVE to anyone interested in a first class rental property.”

“My boy friend moved into Blue Bell Villas in September, and unfortunately, on the second day, the unit experienced water damage because a neighbor forgot to turn off their water. While accidents can happen, we were truly impressed by the professionalism of the management team.
When my boy friend requested to switch units, the management team Jasmine and Ashley were proactive and highly supportive. Their responses were incredibly swift, as they always are. Additionally, the maintenance team reacted promptly and resolved the issue quickly.
we absolutely love the community atmosphere here. Whenever we have any questions or concerns, the management team is always quick to respond and assist.”

“I loved loved loved my stay. From the front desk help to the bedrooms to the coffee. Sean at the front desk was extremely gracious and never showed any signs of me bothering him when I had 100 questions. He just answered me and showed me how to. I will add that the kitchen needs to be stacked with paper towel and the pool has no towels and needs them. Sean helped me with it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel bc of the service!”
“Wonderful place to stay in Wayne!
Truly a beautiful experience.
The staff is very kind, the rooms are very clean, very well located and the restaurant Rosalie is a huge plus.”
“The food and service was so great, since it was a crowded busy mother's day it was a little loud in the room we were in, but not a big deal it was tolerable and understandable.”
“Our stay here was beautiful! Beautiful scenery with the rustic mixed with modern build and design. My room was also wonderful, spacious, with many amenities and everything worked just fine. The breakfast could have a bit more variety but it was free and the pool makes up for it. Restaurants, walkable paths, free parking, complimentary wine for the birthday visit(although they forgot it at first after I called) but nonetheless we received it and all was well.”
“I stayed at The Maj Hotel from October 13 to Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The hotel was spotless and the service was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful, guiding me to get good local food in the area. I was able to get an early check-in with no issue. My room was very nice and open. The location made jt easy to get to everywhere I needed to go in the city. The bed was the most comfortable I'd been in at a hotel for a long time. I would strongly recommend the MAJ to anyone coming to Philly.”

“I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia Navy Yard. The service was fantastic—staff were friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, especially if you’re planning to attend Phillies or Eagles games, as it’s just a short distance from the stadiums. There was plenty of parking available, making the experience stress-free. I stayed here for work, and they were truly awesome, even offering a free shuttle to Center City every 15 minutes, which made exploring Philadelphia convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot to rest and discover the city’s attractions. Highly recommended! ❤️”
“Rooms are modern and spacey , and really clean service is excellent. Staff is so polite and welcoming all the time location is great restaurants and stores within walking distance Philly is just 30 minutes away atlantic city hour and a half NYC is about 100 miles so everything isn't far a lot of options!”
“Business lunch, the room was beautiful and the food and service great. The view is spectacular!
I am giving four stars because it is very difficult to get from the parking lot to the main door if you do not get dropped off. There are so many steps and if you have any difficulty walking, it is very very challenging. It also happened to be incredibly windy that day, and it was not pleasant. Get dropped off if you can at the door.”

“Planned a nice weekend trip for my Fiancé’s birthday and she loved it. We stayed at the Franklin, very nice hotel. I wanted to stay somewhere different and this did not disappoint everything was spot on.”
“I had a fantastic stay at Club Quarters Rittenhouse Square! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Philadelphia, with restaurants, shops, and the park just steps away. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I also loved the modern touches throughout the hotel, which made the whole experience feel convenient and stress-free.
If you’re visiting Philly and want a hotel that combines comfort, location, and great service, I highly recommend Club Quarters Rittenhouse Square. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!”

“Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating.
On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath.
I also stopped by the bar for a glass of wine, which was fine, and the staff there were very kind as well. The hotel has a small gym, business facilities, and a very good location right next to King of Prussia Mall (the fourth largest mall in America), which was a big plus for me.
Unfortunately, during the night I noticed the heating wasn’t working properly. Instead of switching on and off to keep the room at a steady temperature, it kept alternating between cold and hot air and it was quite noisy. I ended up turning it off, but then the room got pretty cold and I didn’t sleep that well. It was basically a choice between a cold room or a noisy room. Since it was the middle of the night, it didn’t feel like the right time to complain or ask to change rooms, so I just put up with it. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels in America seem to have similar heating systems.
Breakfast was open slightly late, which was fine, and the food was okay, although a couple of staff members were talking quite loudly to each other which felt a bit odd in the morning. Checkout was very smooth.
Overall, an okay stay with a great location, but the heating really let it down.”
“What a jewel! This was our first, though certainly not our last visit to this property. We were there for a family celebration, and everything came off without a hitch.
The grounds are beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. It was a great to sit on my balcony in the morning, listening to birds and watch deer walk slowly by.”
“I very much appreciate their Level 2 Electric Car Chargers. I live in the Delaware Valley and when in DelCo and passing by I visit there sometimes after taking an elderly friend to the grocery store. There is a Tesla and a J-1772 chargers available for guests or residents needing a charge.”
“This was a great hotel. The staff was friendly to the point of when our Lyft driver left a suitcase on the curb, taking us to a different hotel (had to change for work reasons) The valet noticed it and went and pulled it so that no one would steal it. The room was clean and we enjoyed being on the top floor to be able to look out over the city. The only complaint I could possibly give would be that the free included breakfast is a bit redundant with the same food every single day and the free snacks that they have during happy hour is just some slices of bread and hard cheddar cheese cubes. It would be nice for them to have had a little bit more variety because of your lactose intolerant then there’s no snack for you. But it’s really hard to knock them. Any stars, considering both of those were free or included in the price so it feels wrong to judge them on free amenities that a lot of hotels don’t give anymore. But if they could have some variety to the breakfast in the snack for happy hour, then they would be much closer to perfect. Great location it’s a couple of blocks to the City Hall area, which is the hub of the city and you can get almost anywhere in the five minutes unless you really wanna go to the outer edges of the city. They do not have an airport shuttle, but most hotels in downtown do not seem to offer that. Would be a nice service for sure”

“A little out of the way if you are trying to explore the city, but other than that it's a great hotel, my room was clean and comfortable.
The young man taking care of the breakfast every morning was very attentive and actually smiled which is so rare in service now. As a waitress turned c level in tech, I hope he knows, always showing up in every job, wherever you start, will carry you so far in life.
Also huge plus for the providing free pads and tampons in the bathroom, whoever is the manager in charge, that's truly appreciated.”

“Nice hotel. The rooms are clean and havw a rather big bathroom. Each room has a mini fridge. The rooms are small but thats what we booked. The staff is very friendly and gave us good advice on what to do and where to eat. There is a cafe and a rooftop bar in the hotel itself.”

“I was only here for a night, but I was hooked up with breakfast 30 mins late. Shoutout Joseph for pouring me my cereal. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend a stay.”
“Big shout out to “Jackie”! The woman at the front desks who actually took the time for customer service unlike the man who checked us in on 2/18/24 @ 3:49 pm. Didn’t get his name. We handed him our REV-1220 form for PA tax exemption he didn’t even read it and said we don’t exempt you for sales tax! We explained it was a federal form for Occupancy tax whereupon he waved it around and handed it back and said we don’t do that. We approached Jackie the next day with the form, who read it and said let me see what I can do. Simple. We checked out and were exempt from Occupancy tax just like that. Thank you Jackie for taking the time! We were on the garden floor, it was quiet and clean. Thanks to Jackie we’ll come back again! That’s who the 5 stars are for.”

“We recently stayed here for a wedding weekend. We originally booked a king suite and were then upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The rooms were clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was ok, really glad to see oat milk! I think breakfast could use more fresh fruit.”

“Went for a karate event. Nice rooms, they charged a lot of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bar was nice to relax at after events. The sad thing about the event was that we are martial artists and are bearfooted, and they never cleaned the carpets before we came it was gross. The could of vacuumed.”
“Absolutely beautiful inside and out. This would be a perfect place for a weekend getaway.
I also think it would be a very lovely place to hold a bridle or baby shower”
