The rooms are well appointed and comfortable in this historic home. The owner and hostess, MJ was gracious and helpful. Chef Bob Barrett prepared the most amazing breakfast. I highly recommend the eggs florentine.”

“I enjoyed my stay. The staff both daytime and nighttime were very cordial, welcoming, and helpful. Staff at breakfast were on point too. Breakfast was just ok but thats not a big deal for me. Definitely would go back, prime location near restaurants and takeout. Right across street from Wawa if u need a late night snack. Close to highways.”

“We lived here for 2 years. Management and the maintenance teams are absolutely best. If there is any maintenence issues it is resolved within few minutes. Once we had a power outage only in our unit, the management and the maintenance team worked on the weekend and fixed the issue. Ashley even offered to accommodate us in a fully furninshed unit until the electricity was back. She stayed until the issue was resolved during her weekend break . The management and the maintenance team always go above and beyond with their service. They frequently organize social events. When we lived here we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Its a beautiful community. Thank you Team Blue Bell Villas.”

Most impressive was the new beer tap system and I recommend asking for a demonstration. It sounds crazy, but I've never seen anything like it. Definitely recommend.”

“My family and I stayed at ROOST East Market in Philadelphia for six weeks while my husband underwent medical treatment, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home during an incredibly difficult time in our lives. What made this experience exceptional, though, was the people. Every single person we encountered, from the reservation staff to the front desk team to housekeeping, was kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. Their level of customer service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Having a fully functioning apartment with a kitchen was also invaluable during an extended stay. It allowed us to prepare meals and avoid the constant expense and stress of eating out every day like you typically would in a hotel. Most importantly, the compassion shown to us while we were there dealing with serious medical issues meant more than I can adequately express. ROOST East Market gave us comfort, peace, and support during one of the hardest periods of our lives. It is located central to just about everything in Center City Philly. An absolutely beautiful location. This was, without question, the best extended-stay experience I have ever had, and I would highly recommend ROOST East Market to anyone needing accommodations in Philadelphia.”

“I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia Navy Yard. The service was fantastic—staff were friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, especially if you’re planning to attend Phillies or Eagles games, as it’s just a short distance from the stadiums. There was plenty of parking available, making the experience stress-free. I stayed here for work, and they were truly awesome, even offering a free shuttle to Center City every 15 minutes, which made exploring Philadelphia convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot to rest and discover the city’s attractions. Highly recommended! ❤️”

I am giving four stars because it is very difficult to get from the parking lot to the main door if you do not get dropped off. There are so many steps and if you have any difficulty walking, it is very very challenging. It also happened to be incredibly windy that day, and it was not pleasant. Get dropped off if you can at the door.”

“I’ve been fortunate to attend our companies offsite here for the past two years, and it’s been a fantastic experience both times. We reserve one of the conference rooms for a few days, and everything from start to finish has always been smooth and well-organized. The staff really stands out. This year, Karima (Front Desk and Housekeeping Supervisor) was especially memorable - super energetic, friendly, and genuinely fun to interact with. Every time I passed by, she had me laughing. Honestly, every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and attentive, which made a big difference for a group event like ours. We had food catered during our sessions, and the team did a great job making sure everything was set up on time, refreshed as needed, and cleared quickly. They also had thoughtful snacks and goodies available between sessions, which everyone appreciated. The room itself was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and I had an awesome view of the pond - it was partially frozen when I arrived and had thawed out by the time I left, which was a cool touch. I also stopped by the front desk for directions at one point, and they were quick and helpful. One of the highlights was a private dinner we hosted on-site in the mansion - the food was delicious, and the drinks were a great addition to the experience. Overall, this is a great spot for corporate offsites or events. The combination of the setting, service, and attention to detail makes it easy to recommend. Already looking forward to being back next year.”

“I used The Rittenhouse for my wedding suites and room block. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The service is excellent. From the bellmen to the housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Rylee in events management/sales is THE best. She and I were in contact for over 6 months about our wedding weekend and she was so responsive, accommodating, and friendly. We were a complicated group and she hung in with us every step of the way. It was so clear she really cared how the weekend turned out. We had 2 suites and almost 30 rooms booked and everything was seamless! Breakfast and lunch catering were promptly delivered and set up in our suite, we were offered mirrors and stools for makeup and hair, they were thinking of things I needed that I hadn't even considered. We also booked a farewell breakfast in the Overlook the next day and it was such a great way to send us off, though we were sad to leave!! The food was wonderful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our guests absolutely raved about the experience here. The Rittenhouse really made our weekend special!”
