“Great classes and variety of classes, awesome instructors, positive vibes! Can't go wrong with self care! And for every level, even physical and mental recovery, with all modifications to fit your level. Can't say enough good things about this happy place of mine!”
“I started their golf performance class about a month ago. Frank has been great to work with-knowledgeable, patient and high energy. Entire staff is friendly. I highly recommend it.”
“Around a month in and without a doubt I can say this is an incredible gym with top notch instruction , community , and staff. The entire tenth planet team is incredibly welcoming and the environment makes training highly addictive and fun. This is a place with lots of care and thought put into it and I can’t recommend it enough.”

“After a significant ankle surgery and after two decades of walking with my gait off - Vince has helped me with conditioning and strengthening. He watched my gait carefully and was able to tell me where I needed strengthening and helped me correct the unbalanced areas in my body. Vince is a positive force, you feel like you can conquer the world when you train with him. Thank you Vince!”
“I took a free class this week and my favorite part of the experience was the positive atmosphere, excellent trainers/staff, and leaving the hour session feeling a good burn. I would suggest calling them or stopping into the exercise studio to see the variety of classes they offer..The classes are cardio and strength training based.
The staff are dedicated to health and have a positive attitude. If you are out of shape, this is a great way to become more knowledgeable of strength training and pushing your limits. It was the most fun I had while training cardio, even as an avid runner in high school.
I think I will sign up for more classes, although I see the going rate as a bit high.(I am poor). They do offer differing levels of membership packages. I think the 8 classes a month( approx. $90) would be great for anyone who has limited time in their schedule but would like a push forward with their workouts. The workout can be intense and rewarding, but it also feels like it can be whatever you make it. There are younger and older people who attend and seems all share similar goals. I think with a higher price tag it brings in kind people who are committed to their health. You get what you pay for. Gym is very clean and well maintained. You'll push your limits and enjoy yourself.”
“Recently, my class and I were in this gym at a physical education lesson, and when I visited here, I immediately wanted to become an athlete. The physical education teacher put an A+,”

“Been a member for almost a year now, the workouts are challenging and force you to step outside of your workout comfort zone. All the members cheer each other on, and push each other to be better each time. I have met some really cool people here, glad I gave Soldierfit a shot and stuck with it!”
“Both of my kids are attending classes here and for 3 years now and they learned so much and physically got so much stronger! Coach Mike is super great with kids and has a lot of patience. Its very friendly atmosphere for the children to learn and get better at the bjj!”
“Competitive Edge Power & Fitness is an outstanding gym and hands down one of the best places to train if you're serious about your fitness goals. The atmosphere is focused, welcoming, and free from the distractions and chaos that often come with large commercial gyms. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help, whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter looking to take your training to the next level. The equipment, environment, and community create the perfect setting to work hard and stay motivated. If you're looking for a place where you can train with purpose, get real support, and avoid the typical commercial gym crowds, Competitive Edge Power & Fitness is absolutely the right choice. Highly recommended! 💪🏋♂”

“I recently visited F13 Performance in Allentown while I was in the area and initially only planned on purchasing a day pass. I wanted to check out a few different gyms during my visit, but a good friend highly recommended F13, so I decided to give it a try.
The moment I walked in, I knew this wasn’t going to be just a quick workout. The facility immediately felt inviting and well thought out. From the training areas to the lounge and seating spaces, everything seemed intentionally designed by people who genuinely understand what gym members want and need. It was obvious to me that whoever owns and operates this facility actually uses and understands gyms themselves.
I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the overall atmosphere. The gym offers multiple large training areas packed with equipment, giving members plenty of options for every muscle group and training style. I especially noticed an impressive variety of back and leg equipment, along with plenty of space to train without feeling crowded.
As someone who enjoys chest training the most, I personally found myself wishing for a few more chest-specific machine options beyond the traditional benches and dumbbells, although that may simply come down to my own training preferences and familiarity with certain equipment.
One thing that really stood out to me was the quality of the equipment throughout the gym. I especially loved the Watson machines. You could immediately feel the difference in quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail compared to equipment found in many commercial gyms. The fit, finish, and overall feel of the machines made training enjoyable and showed that the owners invested in equipment that serious gym-goers can appreciate.
The locker rooms and bathrooms were also top-notch, offering plenty of space, privacy, and clean shower facilities.
What started as a single day pass turned into a full week membership because I enjoyed the experience so much. I ended up training there every day during my stay and had positive interactions with both the staff and members throughout the week.
Overall, F13 Performance felt like a gym that was built by people who genuinely love training and understand what members are looking for. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facility was clean and organized, the equipment selection was excellent, and the staff consistently provided a positive experience.
I would absolutely recommend F13 Performance to anyone in the Allentown area looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with a welcoming atmosphere and a team that clearly cares about the member experience.”

“I love barre3. I first started going to the Allentown studio about two years ago, took a break, and have now been back consistently for the past three months. The Signature 60 (Sig60) class is my favorite—I really appreciate that there are always modifications available, which makes the workouts accessible but still challenging.
The instructors are amazing. Kelly and Deirdre are especially great—they’ll kindly come over to help adjust my form, which I really value. I’ve also taken classes with Tina and Julie, and they’re just as wonderful. You can truly tell that all of the instructors love what they do, and their encouragement makes such a difference.”
“I don't know what part of my brain thought it'd be fun to try out Crossfit 6 weeks postpartum after baby #4. The class was hard but Tash gave me several modifications to get through the workout. I realized how weak my core was and out of shape I had gotten. I signed up for elements and decided to do the 3month membership to see how it goes. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made!! Joining helped me to think about fitness in a whole new way, not just working out to burn calories. I felt myself get stronger and build endurance. I first realized this when it felt easy carrying my baby in one arm while picking up my tantruming toddler in the other. Crossfit Lehigh valley helped me to try things I never thought I could or would do. Who even am I doing a power snatch?! Not only do you get expert feedback from coaches about proper form, but modification options according to your current skill level. All the coaches are so helpful and strangers give you fist bumps and tell you good job after workouts. After my 3 month membership finished, I unfortunately decided to pause before renewing. Being at the mercy of an exclusively breastfed baby and a babysitter schedule, it was hard to make all the classes I wanted to go to. But I hope to be back! I'd recommend CrossFit Lehigh Valley to anyone!”

“I joined this gym about two months ago, and I’ve had a great experience so far. It’s very clean and rarely crowded, which makes workouts much more enjoyable. Although it’s a smaller facility, it feels far less busy than many of the larger chain gyms in the area.”
“Our 12 year old son started the cardio-boxing 1:1 classes with Coach Devon a few months ago, and it has quickly become one of his favorite activities of the week. Not only has it been excellent for his conditioning, but also hand-eye coordination, discipline, focus, and confidence. He is learning life-skills that will help carry him through the coming years and he will be ready for the physical and mental challenges along the way! Thank you Coach Devon!”
“I had a treadmill stop suddenly during my run, which was a bit scary at first. The staff quickly restarted it and checked if it needed repair, which I appreciated. It hasn’t happened again since. That said, a few machines show signs of heavy use and could use tightening or replacement parts. Still, I keep coming because the space and support are better than nearby options.”

“I joined during a rough phase of my life, feeling low energy and no motivation. Slowly, the routine here changed that. The trainers don’t over-talk, but they notice when you’re doing something wrong. One small moment that stayed with me was when a staff member encouraged me after I increased my bench press weight. It’s not just gym now, it feels like a place I reset my mind.”
“I've been training with the gym's owner, Evan Robinson, twice a week for about five months now, and I highly recommend him and the facility. I have never been able to stick with a weight training program, but Evan makes it fun and effective. His gym is well-stocked and spotless, and as a part-time DJ, Evan always ensures you have your pick of good music to listen to while you work out. Under Evan's guidance, I've dropped at least one pants size, and become physically stronger and leaner-- all without thinking about it much. In fact, I just spent two days in NYC schlepping a heavy suitcase up and down stairs on the subway, and every time I went to pick up my bag, I couldn't believe how solid and strong I felt. It was an amazing feeling!
Do yourself a favor, and hire Evan for personal training a few times a week or more. You won't regret it.”
