“Needed a tow through GEICO and Jesus was such a pleasure to work with! Very friendly, has a very peaceful/calm demeanor. Offered fast and professional service. Great conversation too. Will gladly utilize Austin's again for future needs. Update: needed a 2nd tow that same day!! Carlos came to the rescue! Equally friendly and compassionate. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was OK. Its the small things like this that make Austins a great small business service.”

“My Car slid on some ice and ended up off the road stuck on a well pipe. It was a tricky situation to get the car off without more damage to the car or pipe. Other tow companies refused the job or quoted $3000. Pete came when it was dark but promised to come back the next day when there would be more light and could bring more equipment he needed. He came back as promised with another employee and equipment. He got the car free with no damage to it or the pipe. Reasonable price as well. I would definitely recommend Pete's Towing.”

“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.”

Not only did they facilitate him getting home, but the driver was knowledgeable, but very personable and made what could have been a tense situation a whole lot better. Kudos to Yocum and to their driver Kyle. They need to clone him.”

“Staff is more than wonderful. They care about you and will reason with you. Might be because it’s a family owned business. Other than that, one of the most ideal places to go for service. Also PS, THEY DO NOT PERFORM THE WASH OUT FOR TRAILERS, TALK TO MAN UPFRONT FOR SERVICE WITH THAT. Overall amazing though ?”
