Reserved online. Was late, so no line. Didn't have a car, so they had to give a substitute.

Although the rental was not pristine and operating properly, Alamo took care of the rental and followed up on concerns via email, now awaiting call due to concerns. Alamo is the only rental company for me, they care about their product, customers, and service performance.
