Makes me sad I think they’re under new management now- old owners were awesome I used them many times- now they refused to even talk over the phone. Old owners were the friendliest I ever dealt with and I used to recommend this place to everyone- but I guess the corporate AVIS money took over

great experience, super friendly customer service! Company rented this car (mid sized sedan) I asked for a "snazzy" car (expecting nothing) sales lady smiled and handed me the paper work. She didn't tell me what kind of car but when I found it in the lot....nice ride! Thank you Budget!

Do not rent from this business. An online reservation means nothing. The chances of them having a truck or car for you is slim to none. Read the other reviews if you need further proof.
