“Eh, boxes and stuff are around the store, a lil messy but the workers are always nice and talkative enough. Prices aren’t horrible, I’ve seen worse Dollar Generals.”

“I never write Google reviews haha! But, I looked at the reviews for this particular location to make sure I'd be going to one that is usually well stocked (it was for the most part), but the reviews about the cashiers were kinda horrendous. I got here, and of course, so close to Christmas, stock was low and it was busy, but the cashiers...we're SO LOVELY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND POLITE. I didn't get their names, but it was the folks with alt-style (like myself), and they had positive attitudes when really, for $12/hr in this economy, all I'd muster is a 'Howyadoin,' but they chatted customers up and were just so pleasant. Idk, I just felt like they should get a shout out for probably just being their typical sweet selves. Which is honestly rare out here these days. It was nice to see folks of different kinds treating each other well and with the regular respect we all deserve. And, that's my Dollar Tree on Banksville review!”
“Very nice clean large store..did not have spring flower bags advertised, couldn't find crayons.. manager admitted they run two different aisles not where they should be one of the things I was looking for come by for another day”
“This is not only the cleanest and most organized FD store around me and there are a bunch. The ladies move and stock inventory in a timely fashion and make sure you can walk thru aisles and find just what you need.”

“I stop in here frequently, as I do other locations. The store is usually always clean and organized, except when they have new shipments they are stocking and pulling seasonal items. Customers need to be aware of and respect the fact that employees only have so much space to work in. It's not Walmart or Giant Eagle, they do not stock overnight.
Items I usually purchase here are cat toys, hair accessories (I like the metal claw clips they started carrying, I can't break them easily), office supplies, craft items, nail care items, and drinks and snacks. They have really cute seasonal decor, it's nice when on a tight budget. Here are photos of some things I've bought or almost bought.”
“Store has most everything that is needed for quick shopping trip. Staff always helpful, and congenial. Store is a little small for the immediate area, doesn't have the square footage that it needs to be effective. Sister stores are within 3 miles, however they are not always convenient time wise if it is close to the 9:00P.M. closing time.Prices continue to be higher than the market conditions should dictate, I have conducted a Department of Commerce survey using their procedures, and Dollar General needs to apply more pressure on it's vendors wholesale prices, and make a clear reduction to Dollar General retail prices, very soon!!!! My Survey hits the Net very soon!!!! Get Busy Dollar General!”
“I have to say they have an associate there named Mansil and he goes above and beyond, and is the most pleasant worker there EVER ! He needs to replace the manager !! He will stop what ever he is doing to help a customer out ! I hope someone High up reads this and rewards him for his EXCELLENT Customer Service skills and his ability to make customers feel special. Truly a great employee!!!!”
“It’s a very incredible store because the employees are very extremely nice so every time when i do come in to this dollar tree store to check out their isles full of stuff so when i am check out paying for the items the employees are very helpful to every customer who needs help paying for the items at self checkout pay machines”

“This is probably the best dollar general I’ve been too. It is very clean, neat & tidy. It is not hard to find what you’re looking for. Most other dollar generals are so messy & unorganized but not this one! Thank you for caring about your customers & keeping a nice establishment. The employees are so nice as well.”
“Staff was very helpful and even helped me check out. I have severe nerve damage in my hands and one of the two ladies there did my card for me. And they helped get the bags into my hands. This was my first visit?, just moved to Hopewell right down the Rd.”
“This Dollar General sold a wide variety of foods and household products. The brands of products were both generic and name-brand. The aisles could have been a bit tidier, but I easily found what I was looking for. Prices were low. My cashier was very prompt and courteous in his service.”

“Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”
“I'm very pleased with our Aliquippa store. I choose to go here over family dollar because they have better prices and friendlier staff. And the defiantly have a better food section. It's also a very clean atmosphere and the shelves are always pretty stocked with lots of items. I would recommend this store to everyone I know.”
“I actually like this store it's very convenient and everything location put the sad part and unfortunately it seems the Dollar tree in Crafton has more selection and cheaper selections than the Dollar general for some odd reason their fridges are broke their freezers are broke at the Dollar general the prices are more than Dollar tree and they have less stuff than the Dollar tree unfortunately and it seems the only time that the women that work at the Dollar general we're always in a rush to close early and other than that I feel that all the workers at the Dollar general are underpaid specially for everything they have to do and deal with the same with the Dollar tree because I've work at Dollar tree in the past and they're definitely under paid for all the BS they deal with”

“This is one of the biggest dollar general stores in the area. It is very clean and well organized. The only reason for the 4-star review is because the isles aren't labeled, so you need to explore to find what you're looking for. I went to another dollar general in the area for dry cat food, and they didn't have it. They had it at this dollar general, and it saved me a trip in the opposite direction as my cats have sensitive stomachs and can only have a certain cat food. They have 3 registers, but only one was open with one employee to ring people out. The employee was very nice as opposed to another dollar general where all the employees are rude beyond belief, and it's a cluttered disaster that gives me instantly anxiety just walking thru the door. I would def come back to this DG in the future!”
“The Christmas merchandise is out on display and the fall merchandise is on sale at 50% off. It gave the store a festive homey atmosphere. The cashiers and shelf stockers are always friendly and cordial.”

“I spend alot of money at family dollar because thier prices have always been great. I hope they never jac the prices up to where I can't afford stuff. My only complaint right now is, have more packs of Kool aid and more toilet paper. I think they're still recovering from the pandemic.”
“This location is pretty neat. It has a menagerie of items you'd least expect. My recent purchase included a houseplant freshly delivered to the store. It's a good place to drop into when you want to avoid the larger grocery stores.”

“I just wanted to comment on the cashier’s attitude tonight. I unfortunately forgot to catch his name on his name tag, but there were a couple of folks in line in front of me. He seemed to be new due to the manager having to help him with a gift card purchase. He had such a driven and positive attitude. I hope this reaches him so he knows just his smile and infectious vibe made my night after a long work shift of mine. Keep up the amazing work my dude!”
