“Came in with multiple things I wanted to get accomplished. I had an Omega seamaster pro that needed a battery, a vintage seiko that needed a battery, a G-Shock that needed a battery, and a watch that was on a rubber strap that I wanted to put on a bracelet. I was helped immediately and they got me in and out in within 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost that other high end jewelers in the area have charged me and in a fraction of the time. While waiting I looked around the store and the selection they have of watches is great as well. They had to order a battery for the vintage Seiko and told me whenever I’m in the area again to just stop by and they’ll get it done in a few minutes. I will certainly be having all repairs and services, as well as do some shopping, here in the near and far future. They earned a customer for life today.”

“I ordered a ring from Casa d’Oro but did not specify the size. When I discovered it was too small I called Casa d’Oro and spoke with Paula. I provided her the size needed, and she ordered me a new ring. Once she received it, she overnighted it to me free of charge and even included a prepaid shipping label to return the small ring. Paula communicated with me throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.”

Nancy at the Robinson location has helped me twice, and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, explained every step of the process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and it’s obvious that she truly loves what she does.
During my first visit, she actually brought me to happy tears with her compassion and care. Then, on my second visit, she completely made my week.
What started as simply downsizing and parting with items I no longer wore or needed turned into something so much bigger. Thanks to Nancy's expertise, I'll now be able to take my family on a dream vacation. ❤

“Worth the stop! Jamie’s facials are out of this world relaxing and detoxing! I had her monthly special of a gua sha facial for $120 and got ear seeds as a free upgrade as part of her monthly specials! She has a different special facial every month. Her room is so relaxing and the shop in the front of the store has such cute clothes and knick knacks and accessories. There is even a children’s section of the shop! Tons of parking and just the kindest women who own this spot, highly recommend shopping + getting a facial!”
