“A few years back, my vehicle was hit by another driver who took a wide turn. That was actually my first time needing body work done. Being a Corry native who had moved out a bit into Erie County, I chose Corry Collision Center. They did an awesome job. They were quick, thorough, and they handled everything directly with the at-fault driver’s insurance company. Plus, their customer service was top-notch.
Fast forward to July 21, 2026. On the west side of Erie, a big storm blew through with hail ranging from marble to golf ball size. My car ended up with pretty heavy hail damage. Of course, I contacted Corry Collision right away, and they got me in on August 4, 2026. Today is September 11, 2026, and they still have my vehicle.
Honestly, this entire experience has been a nightmare. But I want to be clear, this isn’t on Corry Collision at all. My insurance company, Liberty Mutual Insurance , sent four different adjusters on four separate visits and has really been difficult to work with. Corry Collision went above and beyond trying to get things sorted out. Every time they had an estimate ready to go, Liberty Mutual’s rep, would shut it down immediately and then completely stop communicating with both Corry Collision and me. After 38 days of my vehicle being held hostage by Liberty Mutual, the team at Corry Collision stepped up once again after yet another letdown.
I highly recommend Corry Collision. While I hope I don’t need them again, if I do, they’ve earned a loyal customer in me. If you need body work, definitely go to Corry Collision. But if you’re shopping for car insurance, avoid Liberty Mutual—38 days in, and they’re still refusing to release the funds.”
