We gave him our car that we bought used at a dealership 7 years ago, and has gone though a whole lot of hard use in those years. He gave us back a car that was far, far better looking than it was when we bought it! His work is far, far better than big dealerships presale details. There were stains that I didn't even notice were there until I noticed they were gone! I have no idea how restored the finish on the outside so well either, especially the wheels.
We searched pretty hard but couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. Austin far surpassed our expectations in every way.

“I've never used a dog wash like this before. Huge bonus that the door locks and I felt safe with my pup in there. The wall directions were helpful on how to use. My only complaints are that when I went to rinse, soap continued to come out of the hose for quite sometime before going clear. I also was unable to get the timer to pause. The button would go green but keep counting down. Unless I read that part wrong. I would return again more prepared next time with more towels as the low vacuum was too low and the high scared my pup.”

“I got the paint protection car wash. While I cannot review the efficacy of the paint protection because I won't know till much later if that helps or not... but I will say the car wash cleaned my car up nicely and the dryers helped in keeping water spots from appearing. It was a nice experience overall. Plus, it was an unexpected freebie for me. I had gotten a text for a free car wash so I thought I'd see if it was for real, I honestly didn't believe it was legit! “This car wash is the best around. I love that there are actual people that take your money. And when they do, they tell your if your sun roof isn't closed properly. Lol! See, I never had a sunroof before so I didn't really know how it closed. If I went to a fully automated place, my leather seats would be soggy. In addition they spray, then brush your car before it even goes into the machine part. Then they hand dry it after you come out. Haven't raised their prices in 10 years. I love this place!”
“Chester and Paul did amazing job detailing our SUV. The car came across the country so was in the road for weeks. After the service The car was shiny and clean. The inside smelled great!!! Wow! Love how good smelled inside. That’s the best car scent ever!! I have allergies and it did not feel overwhelming. You can wait inside it’s very warm and cozy or you can drop it off and explore around. They only do 1 or 2 cars at a time so is better to make an appointment.”

“To get the fit star provide people to wipe down the car. The air drivers still require that I must stop upon leaving to finish the job. I'm from another state and my car wash provides this even on the cheepest wash. Also the last time I got a wash, the rear wiper blade was dislodged. Luckily I wipe down the car and noticed this and reinstalled it. Other car washes provide a protective sleeve to insure this doesn't happen. Amazon sells these for 6 cents a sleeve. Not an unreasonable expense for your operation to get a five stars.”

“Minor amount of dirt and salt residue left over on hatch, rear window, and bumper after washing, however its winter, and the vehicle had a lot of dried salt when I brought it in, which was sufficiently removed. It did about as much as you can ask an automated car wash to do this time of the year.
In nice (warm) weather, I enjoy doing it myself, but it's been below freezing, so I certainly have no plans of sticking my hands into a bucket of water any time soon!
Overall, it looked well enough for me, and their "top of the line" wash price is better than a nearby competitor on the same road a couple of blocks away.”
