Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. Who knows...Wallie and I may have started the beginning of mending the two cities! Great store. Definitely recommend.”

“I was experiencing some heel pain in my ultraboosts and decided to come here for a more professional fitting, hoping to find shoes better suited to my feet. As soon as I arrived an associate was able to help me with the foot analysis which was super quick and easy. She brought out a few different pairs to try on based on my arch, ball width, soles, and other measurements. Ultimately I ended up with the Hoka Clifton 9’s, easily one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I’ve ever worn and I’ve been enjoying them a lot on my runs and walks. I had a fantastic experience here and absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a shoe that suits them perfectly! So happy with my Hokas.”

“I went in to exchange a pair of boots (wrong size, loved the style)... I was greeted by the sweetest salesman ever. We talked about many things and he NEVER pressured me into looking at or purchasing a pair of shoes. I had won the boots at a fundraiser and could easily have walked out without a purchase EXCEPT the shoes in this store are AMAZING, so many styles, designs and colors. There is something for everyone and anyone! I purchased an additional pair of shoes which I adore and plan on several more purchases. This store is a gem and the staff are super friendly and helpful. “I wear crepe soles boots and those of you who have them know the soles don't last very long especially if you want to keep some tread on them. This place repairs them quickly and always does nice work. You can get your boots resoled for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of a new pair. Plan on leaving them for a couple days and they'll return ready to go.”

“Wonderful store. I have always loved their selection of Birkenstocks and Alegria shoes, but also this past summer, I sustained a significant injury to my foot and was in a boot for four months. When released from the boot, I found my injured foot could not fit into any of my shoes. I went to Best Made Shoes confident that they would know how to care for my mismatched feet, one now a wide and then other a narrow and even measuring different sizes in length. After working to make a wide shoe fit my one narrow foot, I happily walked out of the store with two pairs of shoes that fit! I am so thankful for the good care I have experienced from the Best Made Shoes team and for good quality shoes!”

“fall is coming. i need some new boots! i've been to a few stores already, looking, but of course, nothing that excited me. we were in robinson already, so i said let's go into the mall & see what's there. we discovered, there weren't many shoe stores on the 1st floor. just about to give up, when we saw shoe dept. there were ALOT of people there. i was surprised. people were sitting on the floor, sitting on benches. fighting thru the crowds, i looked for boots. all the way at the end of the boot aisle, there they were! dr. martens! tom found me a few different sizes to try on. yes, they had my size! i soon discovered, the reason so many were on the floor is because there weren't many benches! i joined them! i found the size for me. but wait! where's the other boot? there is only 1 boot in the box! i had tom find a clerk. oh, just a moment she said, & went in the back. aren't we the old people! not noticing til then, most of the people were young-ish. apparently, they like to steal, so to stop them.....1 boot. she came out with a completely new, unopened box! thank you so much! they were nice, the price was right, i love my boots! p.s. i did notice they had some banging heels! i know where to go next time!”
