βThis particular store is the only place I got when purchasing running shoes. The service is spectacular, the team caring and knowledgable. I am from out of town and plan trips to the store when visiting family. I usually purchase 2-3 pairs at a time and have not had an injury since my training volume has increased. Only place I will go for running shoes. Ever.β
βThe staff at pro bike and run are very professional.. I bought an electric bike and I had some alterations , I wanted done to the bike , and they did it for me no questions asked.. and i'm not the best with tech , and they walked me through everything to make sure that my bike was working properly and that I understood everything..β
βAfter reading so many great reviews about Tradehome Shoes, I decided to try it out and all of the reviews are honest! Faizal ( one of the salesmen) was so helpful, kind and patient. He brought out many shoes for me to try on. I didnβt purchase anything at the time since Iβm still in search of the correct size sneakers for me. I will purchase shoes and perhaps orthotics there in the near future since they carry a large selection of wide width there unlike most stores.β

βI’ve had my riding boots repaired here multiple times and he always does a fantastic job! He’s replaced zippers and done patches and even did a patch over the elastic part to prevent further damage. Highly recommend them for boot repair.β

βStopped in for the first time on mothers day weekend and received exceptional service from Melissa. These sparkle ballet flats caught my eye in the window and I simply couldn't resist. Felt very pampered here with the great customer service, and the glass of champagne offered for mothers day special/sale. I ended up leaving with 3 pairs of absolutely adorable shoes, that are good quality investment pieces to match alot of my wardrobe (with Melissa's help!). I still can't get over how soft some od the leather feels on my feetβ

βMy feet were about to give out after walking ~20mi in 3 days on running shoes that were falling apart and not at all meant for my flat feet. I need an emergency new pair and found this shoe store. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They measured my feet, watched my walk a little and set me up with a great pair of shoes with built in arches for my flat feet. It’s been a month with these shoes now and my feet feel great, and I don’t get pain in my right knee anymore. This is a great small business, thank you guys!β

βToday I was saved from buying a new pair of shoes. Today I tried addressing a pair of shoes on and realize the bottom of my heels was missing. I went on a quest looking for a shoe repair which nowadays is not like in the old days they are a few far in between. I looked up on Google and found Crafton shoe service. The gentleman answered the phone and told me that they have moved and gave me the address. Once I arrive to his house where he has his business high encounter a very pleasant gentleman that took care of my shoes in a very short time the price was great. The customer service was amazing! I highly recommend Crafton shoe serviceβ

βNice place! The selection is good, the owner is very nice, ready to help but he doesn't hover, which is very appreciated and makes shopping here a comfortable experience. It's great to find old school shoe stores when so many have closed down. I recommend checking out Sam's Shoes when you need a good pair of footwear. Prices are reasonable and it's a nice atmosphere.β
βEvery employee in there made me feel comfortable in an environment that I was very new to. I had no idea what I was doing and no idea what size my girls were in ballet shoes. But they took control for me and directed me to what I needed and changed out sizes so that we could find just the right fit without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing them.β

βLittles is without a doubt my favorite shoe store, in large part for its unbeatable service. Bobby spent over two hours helping me pick out the perfect pair of running shoes for work. He was incredibly kind, patient, and eager to help in any way possible. He was also very knowledgeable and taught me about the key differences between numerous different brands and models, making an overwhelming selection process much more straight-forward. He also had a great eye and offered insights into color choices and styles that would best complement my work attire, helping me narrow down my choices. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He provided hands down the best customer service I have received from any business.
Moreover, during my four years in Pittsburgh, I have bought five pairs of shoes from Littles ranging from Remontes to Hokas, from dress shoes to winter boots to running shoes. Each time, I have been impressed by how outstandingly comfortable and durable their shoes are. Whenever I’m in need of new shoes, Littles is the first store that comes to mind, and I’m always looking forward to returning. I would recommend this store to anyone in search of fabulous shoes!β

βWonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!β

βThe employees at the Settlers Ridge store are all very nice and helpful, but two employees provided excellent customer service. Richard Wilson helped my son find really comfortable slip-in athletic shoes. First, he measured his feet. Then, he worked with him by giving him several styles to try on. My son decided on a certain style and has been very satisfied with them. Richard is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Aaron Campell was especially helpful during my multiple visits to the store. I have issues with my feet, so Aaron helped me find shoes for my specific needs. He is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Both of these employees are great and will help you find shoes that are just what you need.β
