“Great place! Has knowledgable shoe sales people. My son has a high arch and a high top of the foot (not sure what its called) but i want him to be comfortable, and have shoes that accommodate his style of foot! The lady was soo very nice and very nice with my son, they got him fitted and he picked the pair he wanted! Very successful easy shopping trip. Great prices too!”

“This particular store is the only place I got when purchasing running shoes. The service is spectacular, the team caring and knowledgable. I am from out of town and plan trips to the store when visiting family. I usually purchase 2-3 pairs at a time and have not had an injury since my training volume has increased. Only place I will go for running shoes. Ever.”

“I'm from out of town (Baltimore, MD) Don't set fire to my post...Lol..I needed slacks as soon as I got back home and wouldn't have time to not only shop but get them hemmed and tailored. Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. Who knows...Wallie and I may have started the beginning of mending the two cities! Great store. Definitely recommend.”

“My feet were about to give out after walking ~20mi in 3 days on running shoes that were falling apart and not at all meant for my flat feet. I need an emergency new pair and found this shoe store. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They measured my feet, watched my walk a little and set me up with a great pair of shoes with built in arches for my flat feet. It’s been a month with these shoes now and my feet feel great, and I don’t get pain in my right knee anymore. This is a great small business, thank you guys!”

“Every employee in there made me feel comfortable in an environment that I was very new to. I had no idea what I was doing and no idea what size my girls were in ballet shoes. But they took control for me and directed me to what I needed and changed out sizes so that we could find just the right fit without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing them.”

“Littles is without a doubt my favorite shoe store, in large part for its unbeatable service. Bobby spent over two hours helping me pick out the perfect pair of running shoes for work. He was incredibly kind, patient, and eager to help in any way possible. He was also very knowledgeable and taught me about the key differences between numerous different brands and models, making an overwhelming selection process much more straight-forward. He also had a great eye and offered insights into color choices and styles that would best complement my work attire, helping me narrow down my choices. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He provided hands down the best customer service I have received from any business.
Moreover, during my four years in Pittsburgh, I have bought five pairs of shoes from Littles ranging from Remontes to Hokas, from dress shoes to winter boots to running shoes. Each time, I have been impressed by how outstandingly comfortable and durable their shoes are. Whenever I’m in need of new shoes, Littles is the first store that comes to mind, and I’m always looking forward to returning. I would recommend this store to anyone in search of fabulous shoes!”

“Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”

Richard Wilson helped my son find really comfortable slip-in athletic shoes. First, he measured his feet. Then, he worked with him by giving him several styles to try on. “They have a very clean store and there are some decent tennis shoes there. They do have very good deals from time to time on certainly shoes. Like a bogo 1/2 off sale. As far as boots, dress shoes and other styles, they have a very basic selection that are popular at the time of sale. Also they do have work shoes and benches for you to sit down at, they could definitely use a few more mirrors though. I was unable to locate the little nylon peds at the time.”
