“The Cranberry, PA Budget location saved our vacation! We rented at a different Budget through a third party and while we got the confirmations, when we got there they had our name but no specifics. Part of our rental had included a car seat for our 2 year old but this location was out and only had booster seats! Yikes! This was midnight, so the next day we had some frustrating calls with customer service in which they basically told us we just had to drive around to different Budget locations to see if they could trade out the Booster seat for a car seat. I tried calling one but got rerouted to...customer service.
My husband and Father-in-law went on a quest to find a Budget with a car seat, and the Cranberry location delivered!
