Great as long as you never need service. Anytime you call the 1-833 number the wait is long, over 75 minutes today. The branch here knows nothing about online banking or the Zelle app they have attached to your account. I guess online banking is too new for these folks to have a clue about it. It's only the way of the future, fastest growing, and where they push you to go 95% of the time. Why bother having people at your branch know ANYTHING about it right? Absolutely worthless even having these employees here if they can do nothing I can't do at the ATM myself.

Horrible customer service, called right away after getting scammed out of $400 and they kept pushing it onto some else, all while siding with me and said I'd receive a refund. Never received my money, DO NOT USE ZELLE, PayPal actually protects the buyer. Then had issues with Bill pay and they claim they have nothing to do with it? Yet they hold my money. Also ask for all your info to confirm its you, simply to report errors. No wonder they have a bad rating and are closing 15 locations across the area.

Every other person, every other branch. 50/50 is your best chance at good service. Looking forward to changing my business and personal loans and accounts to another bank. Thanks to FNB for validating my concerns and opinion once again.

The hours say the drive thru is open at 830am. This is not true. I went to deposit a check before I headed to work for the day, and the drive thru was closed. If that is not the case please change the hours on Google to reflect it. Now I can't deposit the check until a day off.

Dont use this bank they wont even cash there own checks if you go to their bank and dont have an account!

Worst possible bank to deal with. 5/3 was Much better. Therefore Pnc has my accounts now. Save time,hassle, And money by going with say PNC. No I do it work for PnC bank. Maybe it's just the Cranberry branch
