Not a customer, nor will I ever be. Received a check from a 3rd party that uses this bank. Was told on the phone they can cash up to a certain amount of it. Go to the branch, was told not only was the person on the phone wrong, they don’t do this service. Awful communication.

Worst bank known to mankind they need to go ahead and shut it down. They hold on to all your money and take forever to release it and the customer service knows nothing.

If I could give none I would - tried to pay my car payment and the teller told me it was illegal to do a cash advance. Something I do every time I pay my car payment as I bank with a different bank. Absolutely poor service.
