Charged me $130 to dismount and mount 4 trailer tires I purchased there. I had to take the wheels off at my home and take them in. They didn't even balance them after I asked them to.

Avoid. Made 2 calls before showing up, said I didn’t have an appointment. Gave me one story on the phone and I showed up and was given a very different story. I followed their recommendation and was told it was wrong and it’s wasted a few days

Might be a chain location but they offer 8- 6 hours and Saturday. Prices are reasonable. Just be careful. They offer a free car care check or a free 29 point inspection. But if you mention anything specific to check, they charge you. Most of them are nice and knowledgeable employees. At least they were. Recently there has been a change in management and just doesn't seem the same. They seemed more accommodating before the change.

Fantastic service and support today. Called about a tire inspection question on my TrailRunners. Came in, and Ryan walked me thru everything and confirmed tires were safe and good to go. Took the time to explain and educate me on tire construction. Above and beyond, and very knowledgeable. At the end of the day, they cared and supported their products. That’s what mattered. Will come back here

Visit on the way to see a CA patient in Pgh! Wow!! Will definitely be recommending you at this Good Year location to everyone I know! After a bad experience there I got a phone call after hours from the manager Tim who did everything in his power to correct it. I will absolutely go back there with my van. Thanks again for your concern and hard work.
