The team is quick to get customers in and offers competitive prices, with many reviews highlighting their excellent service and willingness to educate customers about tires and repairs. The service quality is generally considered reliable, with many customers satisfied with the support they receive, especially during inspections and tire-related issues. For example, customers appreciated the thorough explanations about tire construction and the support provided during tire inspections. However, some reviews mention challenges, such as a repeated oil leak issue that was not fixed after multiple attempts, leading to frustration. In this case, the manager eventually agreed to replace an oil tank for free, demonstrating a willingness to resolve problems promptly. Overall, Goodyear Cranberry Township is recognized for its friendly staff and good customer service. While most customers are happy with their experience, a few have encountered issues that required escalation. The store is known for caring about its customers and supporting their automotive needs with knowledgeable staff and prompt responses.
I had a flat tire. Always an unpleasant event, but this time I was in luck: I was directly across the street from a Goodyear! Even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday afternoon, the team cheerfully helped me get back on the road again. Thanks, guys!

Bernard, was very professional and he couldn’t have provided me with better service. I have AWD and needed 4 tires replaced. They ordered the tires within 24 hours, and they were mounted in less than 1 hour. He explained my options and I was back on the road. Great job Goodyear..,
