They never have cull wood here, which means the garbage stays on the shelf. Lowe’s is better at putting out cull wood, so it’s just a better place to buy wood

Had a flooring install done. Flooring is fine, but HD measured wrong initially, resulting in a significant overage in materials (135 feet leftover floor, not needed) plus a corresponding overbilling on installation since it is charged per foot of installed floor. HD took the materials back (mind you we had to schlep 10 boxes of heavy flooring, 10 tubes of caulking, and many many feet of baseboard and trim to the store - after having paid for delivery!) but I have been fighting for a month now to get money back on the install part of the cost. Since HD makes you pay the full amount of material and labor up front and well in advance of the install, you have little recourse in my situation except to hope they do the right thing (they don't). I understand this is only a few hundred dollars, but it is what is due to me and I should not have to fight so hard for it. It should have been immediately refunded after the materials were brought back. I would not recommend a floor install by HD. If you do, be prepared to fight about the bill and set aside lots and lots of time to make many calls to the store, to corporate to the installers- rinse and repeat- and keep record of your frustrated attempts to get what you should get. Never again.

Cyber Monday we bought a Christmas tree. It was a $200 tree on sale for $80. This tree is beautiful. 7 feet tall with lifelike needles, pre-lit. It comes with a remote to change the patterns and wrote l white to multi colored lights. We bought the floor model, so there was no box, but we got the directions. We thought they would take it apart, but we had to. That was my only complaint.

The store and everyone who worked there was wonderful. However we bought a new fridge and it was supposed to be delivered in a 4 hour window. They tried to come 2 hours earlier and we weren’t available so they canceled our delivery. When I called to talk to them. The man from the 1800 number was very rude basically telling me it was my fault I was at work 2 hours before the 4 hour time window and would have to reschedule the delivery. Why even give a delivery window if you’re not going to come between the time frame given.

Returned some items, they hold me here for 15 minutes for no reason, talked to manager , he didn't care , been shopping here for years, they don't care that's fine , Lowes not too far

Ordered product in store, set for delivery 1 week later. It has been 3 weeks and no update on the status. Called the store multiple times and the phone just rings with no response. I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot stores and this one is by far the worst for customer service - not even answering the phone to their customer service line.

I want EVERYONE to know how WONDERFUL the customer service is at The Home Depot in Cranberry Twp., PA. They stood behind their services when the company that was contracted with to install my kitchen countertops cancelled on me Six times. They made arrangements to have another company fabricate and install countertops, which happened within 2 weeks. They did right by me and took responsibility (even though it was not their fault). Big shout-out to Nick, Elizabeth, Barb and Anissa!!!

Staff are very helpful and most items we need are generally in stock. They have everything from plants, to paint, to lumber, to tools.

Online ordering fulfillment is ridiculous. If you have a grill in-stock, how come the grill cover is shipped from Ontario, CA? And takes over a week to arrive at the store... mildly infuriating. I will not order online again.

My son had a bad foot injury and needed a shower chair. After fighting the terrible parking, it's Home Depot where everyone there drives a truck or SUV, why are the parking spots so narrow and short? I bought the item only to return home and find it was a previously opened box with missing parts. How do you put an item that needs assembly back on the shelf without being positive that every part is still there? So back to HD with the tiny parking spaces and parking rows that stop at the the garden center with no signage stating that and with no exit so you have to do a U turn in those tiny parking spaces just to leave the effing place that you never, ever want to return to for any effing reason on earth.

Crazy 0 - 2 on trying to find a hardware associate to make keys. Apparently your person called off today....I hope it really truly an emergency to call off work. And no I don't want to use your self service key maker. I wanted an employee to make it... and ya'll had a better selection than Lowe's... I only give you 2 stars instead of 1 because I was actually seeing people working in your store unlike your competitor....but none of them knew how to make keys

Eric, the store manager, was absolutely amazing.My husband and I had purchased a clearance flooring at another home depot and the same flooring at the cranberry floor was not discounted. When I asked him, without any hesitation he price matched our flooring and let me know that he wanted me to be taken care of.He even wheeled my cart to checkout! It was a wonderful experience and will be coming back to this particular store.

Try to get help even had an employee call for help. After waiting 15 minutes still no help I decided I had had enough and I left. That is the third time I have come to Home Depot in one month and cannot get help. Drove up the road to Lowe's and the very first aisle I walked in I was asked if I could use some help. From now on I will be shopping at Lowe's
