The Home Depot in Cranberry Township offers a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies to meet home improvement and gardening needs. Customers report successfully finding specific products like paint, floor tile, and grout, with fully stocked shelves and a good selection. Many plants and flowers outside are also noted as wonderful. The store is seen as having more upscale products compared to competitors. Experiences with service vary. Some customers report very happy service, with knowledgeable associates providing expert advice, walking customers to items, helping load carts, and assisting at checkout, enabling a quick visit. However, other reviews indicate a need for more employees, with some staff members criticized for being rude and not equally willing to help everyone. A common limitation noted is insufficient display items to look at in-store.

It is what you expect from a big box store. Even though they were busy the aisles are well laid out and staff was moving carts and things to keep them clear
