“ProSource of Cranberry Township, replaced all my carpet at my home with Shaw carpet that we bought at ProSource in Cranberry Township. After two years I started to notice the higher traffic areas were show signs of matting down and showing signs of wear. I called my salesman Mr. Clint Boozer at ProSource, and I explained to him that I felt the carpet was showing signs of wearing out earlier than what I expected. Clint was able to have a carpet inspector come to my home to inspect the carpet. The inspector did a report on the carpet and to my surprise within a couple weeks I was notified by ProSource that Shaw the carpet company that made the carpet was going to replace all of our carpet in our home at no charge to us. I was so pleased with Mr. Clint Boozer for handling this problem and we also really appreciated the carpet installers, JT McCormick's Carpet Installation. He did a wonderful job removing the old carpet and installing all the new carpet.
