“The new ownership group is a complete 180 from the prior owners. For years I used to avoid this UPS and purposely drive further to Wexford where service was great (and still is). Guess what?! Both stores are now owned by the same group, and the McCandless customer service and overall service is on par with Wexford. It's been a few months but I can happily say that I don't mind this UPS any longer. Between both locations I'm a daily visitor. Keep up the good work!”

His level of going above and beyond really shows me that this younger generation has so! much! more to offer. And from my experience don’t really get the credit.
