Plato's Closet Cranberry is a large, clean, and nicely organized store with a great selection of items for buyers. Many customers find it to be their favorite location in the area, noting the friendly staff. The store has launched a new instant and online payment system for sellers, which many describe as seamless, cool, and easy. This system allows for payment via a phone link, with money arriving in an account within minutes.
Experiences for sellers, however, can vary significantly. Some report very positive selling experiences, receiving fair offers and having most of their items purchased by friendly employees. Others report less positive experiences, feeling they did not get a fair offer for their pieces or that their items were not thoroughly looked through due to high inventory. Some sellers also note a lack of larger sizes available in the store, which can be disappointing. There are also comments that the staff can sometimes be unprofessional and loud while going through items. Overall, it is viewed by some as a better store for buyers than for sellers.
Always find something new or gently used for the grandkids at great prices.

LOVE this places so much. Love shopping here for all the good stuff. Did have a worker give me a couple dirty looks but I didn’t pay any mind to it. Overall good place!!

Never been in this one before. But the selection is very wide and there are a ton of brands. Prices are really good too surprisingly. For what we sold it was pretty decent. Definitely will be returning
