We had previously gone to the Butler branch to open a business account - coming to this branch was a lot easier, John serviced us and was so kind and gave us several options to make the experience smooth. We had to open the account in short notice to get moving with our business and he was able to get us in the same day.

PNC Bank has friendly and helpful staff, and my overall experience has been positive. The employees are professional and treat customers with respect. However, the waiting time can be a bit long. Customers should not have to wait too long for a simple transaction. Improving service speed would make the experience even better.

Never had an issue and their fraud department is on point, someone skimmed my card number and tried to clear my account and they shut it down before a penny was stolen
