“So a week ago, visiting from New York, I needed some cash and stopped over at this branch. My debit card refused to work and the helpful Teller noticed that it had expired two months ago. She suggested I see the lady in the office, I think the name was Jenna. To my amazement she printed out a new debit card in less than five minutes and I was able to get the cash I needed. All this in a Saturday afternoon, in another state, minutes from closing of the branch. If this is not customer service, I don’t know what is. My thanks to both the ladies.”

“I have been with Huntington Bank for years, and I haven't had an issue. Frankly, it's what you want in a bank and you don't have any shady things going on, some banks have practices that risk financial harm, but not Huntington. The employees are also very consistent with their friendly demeanor and are knowledgeable. The hours are good.”

“I had a major overdraft issue because of how Paypal charges a card which lead to an excessive amount of overdraft charges on my account. Needless to say I was extremely p!ssed off when I went to the branch. After first seeing a teller who couldn't help me I was then taken to see Eric. Long story short, he was patient, calm and professional in dealing with me in my highly agitated state. He fixed all the wrongs, and made all the overdraft charges disappear. As quick as we are to bash a company, I want to take the time to say Thank you for making this right. You have a loyal customer now.”
