“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Staples on Penn Avenue. I had a large, last-minute print order for my father's funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. They offered suggestions and different options to make sure my print job turned out exactly as I wanted it.
When I picked up my order the next day, the staff not only expressed their condolences but also gave me flowers, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The manager suggested I download the Staples app to earn money back on my purchase, and the team member ringing me out even applied a coupon I didn't know about, saving me an additional $50.
The entire process was seamless and effortless, which meant so much to me during such a challenging time. The care and dedication the staff showed will always stay with me. I will continue to return to this location for any printing needs and will wholeheartedly recommend them to my family and friends. “I have gone to this location 5 times in the past couple months to ship miscellaneous things for the company I work for, and I have had the pleasure of having Ian help me each time. No matter how clueless I am about details, packaging, or shipping—Ian is always a HUGE help and takes great care of me. “This site provides full UPS courier services. It is located inside Staples - turn right to get to the UPS counter after entering the store. The sign outside (see photo) states "Ship 7 Days a Week", and the UPS is indeed open all days, including Saturday and Sunday (but not 24 hours, and not all services available on weekends).The UPS staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products.The carpark (shared with other stores like Quest Diagnostics and a new Aldi) is large with ample free packing.”

“The woman today was very helpful. The last time I went in and try to use a flat rate box that should have been $21 and some cents I was told it would cost me $50 to send. I was only sending a box of Pop-Tarts and a box of Twinkies to Germany. Needless to say my friend is not getting his sweets. But today the woman was very very helpful. “This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online).They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure.The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order.There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos).The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

“On October 9, 2024, I visited Staples at 6375 Penn Ave, Suite B, Pittsburgh, PA, and had a smooth and efficient shopping experience. I purchased a few essential items, including:
- 16x16x16 Square Box for $5.00
- Staples Biodegradable Packing Peanuts for $6.69
- Two 2x22 Clear Packing Tapes at $0.46 each
- Staples 3/16 Bubble Wrap for $9.49
The store was fairly stocked, and I found the alternative item I needed for packaging and shipping. As the primary items sought were not in stock. The cashier was quick and friendly, but wanted to charge an additional fee for bags. The total came to $23.65, including Pennsylvania sales tax. I happened to stop by because Staples was the closest office supply store at the time, and I was pleased with how quickly I was able to find what I needed.”
