“I came to deliver a package not realizing the address was one number off. I called the store and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail message with the corrected information and received a text from Frank with the corrected shipping label within less than five minutes. Excellent service and Frank (the only employee I’ve ever seen there) is a wonder. Very friendly, understanding and courteous. Thanks so much for your time Frank (if you see this).

“I travelled to the area today and needed to buy stamps. I observed the post mistress interact with a woman who had a problem in such a kind, caring way. In this challenging world, she made this woman's day better. My interaction was efficient and easy. I did, however, drop something on my way out that she later found. She would store it safely til I returned. Wow! What more could you ask? Efficiency, kindness, and rescues!”

“This place used to be great, I have lived here for around 15 years and the workers used to be so sweet and caring and would make sure everything got delivered on time. Over the last couple years they have been very sloppy with deliveries but are improving from what I see. The staff also isn’t the best but I don’t go inside the building much now so I can’t really speak about how they are at this point in time. They also used to be very sweet to my kids and would give them candies every time we came but now some of these workers seem annoyed just to have one in the building. The lady that does the deliveries for my area is amazing though and gets everything correct even though there can be some dress confusion with my address. Overall, I think they are improving but I wish they were better and like they were when I had moved in so that’s why I’m giving a higher review.”
“I had a great experience with this store. Tamir and the team did a fabulous job helping us ship a very awkward, delicate, and large painting. They provided great customer service and careful packing services- I'd recommend them for any shipping need.”
“Although Google lists this as a FedEx SHIP store it does not wrap pack or prepare labels. They only receive prepaid packages, scan them in and hold them to be picked up by a FedEx driver. There should be a way to notify Google when there is a mistake to their listings.”

“Ray at the Pocono Summit Passport Center provided me with exceptional service during my visit. Although he managed to handle everything efficiently by himself, I think it would be beneficial for the center to have more staff members to assist with passport applications and package handling.”
“In 659 Main St, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, all the workers are very efficient, professional, and hardworking, I ordered alot of items from Temu, but at checkout it default to 7155 mountain dr, instead of 7155 Robinwood drive, I was in the office to tell them what happened and all my packages was delivered to the correct destination, afterwards they didn't forget or ignore my complaint. My packages were delivered intact and promptly. Thank you so much for saving the stress.”
