“Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away. Ha go figure. Either way I got done what I needed”

Our items have been stored for more than a year and no damage or mold has been discovered.”

“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”

“I have to give kudos to the staff at 48th and Chestnut street specifically Musa, Mahmoud, and Earl. There was a mess up with Uhaul trucking department not notifying me about the changed location of my pickup. The staff were very kind and tried their best to try to get me a truck for my move. I ended up having to pick it up at another location but kindness and information help make a chaotic situation less frustrating. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and the way Musa was able to help rectify it all. Thank you so much Uhaul 48th street!”

“Absolutely no complaints. I provided necessary info ahead of time via email, arrived Sunday morning just before 9 a.m., and was on the road by 9:15 (one customer ahead of me). Gas gauge was marked at 7/8 on contract, but was probably closer to 3/4. I returned it with 3/4, and was not charged for anything extra. All 3 employees I dealt with on both ends of the transaction were, if not overtly friendly, appropriately professional. Would definitely use again”

“Although this is a very small Uhaul, the service was exceptional. The gentleman who helped us was very thorough. After leaving the facility, we noticed an issue with the truck tire and called to see what to do.
This gentleman addressed the issue immediately and within minutes we were in a different vehicle up the road.
Where we ended up getting the truck, what's a much larger U-Haul facility. That was fine. That being said, if I had to do it again I would still give my business to this gentleman”
