She immediately made me feel at ease and gave me advice on what steps I needed to take. She reassured me everything would be ok. An hour later I was in the bank emotionally overwhelmed and crying. Laura came from around the counter and offered me a hug and had this wonderful calming energy to her. She has no idea in that moment what her kindness did for me and I will never forget it.
The following day I met with Lisa. She is so kind and caring! Lisa is knowledgeable and very efficient at what she does! Another person I will not forget for her kindness that day!”
