“Where do I start? Having previously managed 5 Curves for Women, I had some knowledge of health & fitness. Years went by, having taken care of other family members, no longer working and I knew I wanted to feel better mentally & physically about myself. My son is getting married in September and I wanted to feel & look my best! The biggest step was walking in... all the rest came easy. In a little over 2 months I have improved my confidence , health & appearance. I come to Rise & Grind 2 days a week & Michael trains me 2 days. When my session is over I know I pushed myself to my limit & sometimes beyond with his guidance. If anyone out there has wanted to get started & was hesitant, walk in that door & be prepared for a difference!! I Love Hating Him!! Give it a try. YOU won't be sorry!!”

“Yaah!....many old style fitness equipments. Customer service really good, you can find a variety of fitness classes. The place is big enough to keep some privacy. They offer coffee and, some coffee tables where you can enjoy. Michelle has been extraordinarily helpful with me. I appreciate it!. And, the best is the sauna...I love it! ❤️”

“I’ve been going to Anytime fitness in Dallas for a couple years now. The gym only gets better over time. It has a good gym vibe and it’s a comfortable place to work out in. It’s well-maintained and very clean. Tom Hall, the gym’s manager, is no doubt a major catalyst for a lot of the good things happening at the gym.”
