“At the White St. location, the manager, Jay, was so eager to help with the brake light issue we were having on my daughter’s Elantra. It ended up being a faulty lightbulb from the prior repair place that we went to! That’s all it was…he saved us time and money for sure. We thought the entire light assembly needed to be replaced, which is what the last place told us! Thank you, Jay!”
“The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy!”

“All of understand the how costly is keeping our vehicles running safely on the roads and how difficult it can be to find a reliable, skilled mechanic who just might have customer service chops as well. My two favorite gentlemen are struggling with serious health concerns requiring exorbitant ongoing care, so needing automotive repairs on a lean budget is difficult to say the least. From, Al, Brian, Bill and Mark I received clear information, doable turnaround time (even whilst they are working on the bugs of newly installed software) customer care and kindness. Most of us are feeling the squeeze of this economy and knowing there is a business that won’t take advantage provides me with a sense of relief.
Mr. Al even respectfully joked with a customer in front of me in line that he would have to place him in a chair facing the corner for the customer’s inappropriate generalized attitude and comments toward women. “This place is a lot more than your average auto shop. First, they weren't pushy at all about other repairs. In fact, had scheduled an alignment, and they said I didn't need one. They did catch that my battery was almost dead. They charged me the exact same amount as Advance Auto had listed. For some reason, when we left the parking lot, my window wouldn't go up. Friday afternoon and all the way across town from home. We went back and three of the nicest staff came out. They told us what was wrong. Got it where it wasn't fixed, but it was up and taped it enough to keep water out for awhile. These people were so darned nice. Would have loved to have swapped more old car creative fixes stories.”
