“Hands down best shop in York! Stouchs has always left us pleased with their repairs but it goes beyond that. They are HONEST. I drive an older Chevy van which unfortunately needs work from time to time. Last time it was in, they diagnosed it with a bad fuel pump. Turned out the pump was not the problem. Not only did they not charge me for the pump but they took the time to walk me through what they were doing and kept me informed through the whole process. Last time our Subaru was in I forgot to tell them to change the wiper blades. My wife could not stay and wait for the blades to be delivered/installed. Stouchs actually installed the blades on the Subaru then drove the car to our house and dropped it off! This place cares. If you are not having your work done here you are missing out. Very thorough, affordable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.”

“Recently moved to the area and needed some work done and an inspection on a vehicle or two. This place is right down the road so obviously Id try that first. After having several bad experiences with previous Monro locations in the past I was apprehensive but the reviews stood out. I was told by Toyota of several things i needed to have done on my truck that they quoted me over $6000 for. After doing some of those fixes myself and the noises persisted I took it to this Monro to see if they could balane my tires for me because i suspected that was my last issue even though Toyota said i need another wheel bearing replacement. They disagreed and wanted a chance to diagnose it themselves. I let them check it out and it turned out to just be an alignment. While I was checking out I overheard them also talking to another customer about how the work they think they need might not be necessary and to bring in the vehicle to get it looked at before dropped that kind of money. My truck is now running like its brand new again with thousands less spent than Toyota wanted me to spend. If you're looking for a place thats honest and isn't trying to nickle and dime you for unnecessary work, this is your place. I'll gladly take my vehicles back here.”

“Was recommended by my neighbor, I rolled in with a bent-to-hell rim and a tire that had popped off. The man (not sure his name) beat and bent it back into shape then reseated the tire, and then suggested a half rotation as well since the tire was wearing oddly. Very kind and I was surprised how reasonable the bill was.Also Kenneth, maybe they saw your comment or you just caught them on a bad day, all of my nuts were torqued down with torque wrench (and I have very cheap steel wheels).”

The staff was generous they stayed late after the store hours to make this happen. The price is good, the car is good.
