“The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy!”
“These guys are always amazing! Very polite and professional at the desk. Since moving to the area I’ve always gone to this location to get my oil change / inspection done. So long as I continue to live here, I always will too. Although prices in general are up everywhere, and oil isn’t the price it used to be when I first started driving 20 years ago… it’s still reasonably priced compared to other companies nearby. Definitely recommend.”

“Called 6 different big tire stores to mount and balance a set of tires for me and they were all too busy. Found this place by chance and he took me right in and put on my new tires in under 40mins. Super nice guy and a better price than the other tire stores I tried. Will be using this business again.”
“Came in because I had a flat tire. This Goodyear was recommended. They got me right in. Unfortunately there were 2 nails in the tire and one of them was a little too close to the sidewall so it couldn’t be repaired. The staff was friendly and professional. They were honest when letting me know their recommended tires were compatible yet definitely not as good of a tire then what I had on the car. I looked up the tire online and their price was around everyone else’s. I had them do the service. Although I don’t expect to buy two new tires today, I’d still come back here because of the honesty and professionalism.”

Got there about 20 minutes before closing and fully planned on picking up the car the next day. Nope, they took me in and replaced it right away. 2 days later my wife got a nail in her tire and again took me in right with no wait. I have quite a few stories like this over the years and no matter the crew, all were professional and provided great service. You can't go wrong going to this location.”

“This place is a lot more than your average auto shop. First, they weren't pushy at all about other repairs. In fact, had scheduled an alignment, and they said I didn't need one. They did catch that my battery was almost dead. They charged me the exact same amount as Advance Auto had listed. For some reason, when we left the parking lot, my window wouldn't go up. Friday afternoon and all the way across town from home. We went back and three of the nicest staff came out. They told us what was wrong. Got it where it wasn't fixed, but it was up and taped it enough to keep water out for awhile. These people were so darned nice. Would have loved to have swapped more old car creative fixes stories.”

Jarrod (hope I spelled correctly), is a wizard. I visited FOUR tire and auto places for what I consider a basic skill in the trade, removing locked lugs.
