“This is a 5 star review for work NOT done. I took my SUV to Suburban and Scott looked at the rear quarter panel that scraped against the garage as it was backed out. He took vin#, asked for email address, took photos etc THEN said hold on I want to get something from the shop. He proceeded to wipe down where the scrape was and amazingly the damage was just dirt from the vinyl garage surround nothing else needed to be done! The only word I can think of to describe my experience is - HONEST thanks Scott.”
“Charles is my new car guy! For years I've purchased nice, older model Lincolns and usually pretty much know what I want. Sometimes buying a car is a real chore to have to deal with the different personalities involved but not this time. I could immediately tell Charles was a straight up guy that understands the car business and wants to make a deal that makes sense for both the customer and for Bergeys, which of course should be the goal. We drove a bunch of different cars before settling on an MKC which is perfect! I love my older MKZ but when it finally wears out I know where I will be going... all I have to do is stop in and see Charles and he'll set me up! Highly recommend this dealership!”

“Very kind, helpful, and fast! I came in for an oil change today and they informed me it might take 2 hours or so (they were very busy, so I expected this). I dropped my car off and walked home, about 20 minutes. They called about 15 minutes after I got home and told me it was already finished, and they even replaced my dead headlight as well, all reasonably priced and fair! “Amazing and the best! My car was 3/4 a car when I got rear-ended earlier this month with wires dangling near the back tire. Super unsafe to drive for work or to leave unfixed. I dropped off the car and they really revived my vehicle. It was repaired, painted and cleaned; even the inside got detailed! Jeanine was also a sweetheart and was very informative and went out her way to ensure my rental was available for me right after the drop off. “I showed up at Autozone Montgomeryville tonight at 7:55, and they were closing at 9:00. I had just traded cars with my wife as her battery was toast, died on her way to work, jumped for a final trip to get it replaced. The associate that helped me, Bruce, could have very easily asked me to come back the next day as it was nearing the end of the day. Instead, with a very positive attitude, Bruce spent the last hour of his day fighting with a very corroded battery that he had to literally chisel the calcified acid off the terminal connectors. He was a great help and should be commended for his customer service and positive attitude. Autozone Montgomeryville will be my only stop for my needs in the future, thanks to Bruce!!”
