“I am dealing with an issue from hell and Elie has been an absolute blessing.The oil pump in my Ford EcoSport failed which caused me to need a new engine. I have a warranty company - NVP - that is making us jump through hoop after hoop to approve my claim. It still hasn't been approved yet but Elie has been so patient with me and understanding, and is even towing my car from a Ford dealership during the holidays for me. I could weep with gratitude. The Automotive Clinic has a customer for life with me.I do not understand how anyone could question his character in other reviews. “Considering my previous experience with Meineke in South Philly coming to Meineke in Darby was a breath of fresh air. My partner brought our vehicle here before by way of a collision repair mechanic which made me more comfortable bringing it back. It was good to see Mike there still. Although I didn't recall his name initially, I remembered his face which is what I am better at LOL. It was good to see EXPERIENCED MECHANICS here at Meineke Darby whom have great customer service skills and did great work on the inner and outer tie rods, alignment and splash guard replacements. “Owned by 2 very nice/good brothers & been going to them ever since I bought my 1RST car ! Mind u idk too much about cars and they are aware , and never took advantage of me beings as though I’m a female & don’t have too much knowledge on cars (my car at that. My engine light came on one time and they fixed the problem right away and explained to me what it was and broke it down into the easiest terms and my engine light went off and never been on since . I never had a problem with my car going to them for my routine oil changes etc etc , I’m always in & out .I recommend them and send all my folks to them. They are truly good brothers/people.
