I haven’t had any problems with any repairs yet. I love the fact that you can pick your vehicles up after hours as well. It’s very convenient for anyone that work past 5pm. I’ll continue to bring all of my vehicles here for now on. I do recommend making an appointment.

Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. At first glance they couldn’t pin point the issue but with a bit more info from me they figured it out. Also had inspections/emission and daylight replaced. “From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. They literally kept to their timeline, not a day off! Very pleased and if in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again I will certainly be coming straight to caliber collision in York.”
