“From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. They literally kept to their timeline, not a day off! Very pleased and if in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again I will certainly be coming straight to caliber collision in York.”

“Got my state inspection done here (called ahead and agreed on a time to arrive later that same day). Once my car was in I was suddenly called into work. They got it done quick and I was out the door! Summer hours are closed on weekends.”
