“I am dealing with an issue from hell and Elie has been an absolute blessing.The oil pump in my Ford EcoSport failed which caused me to need a new engine. I have a warranty company - NVP - that is making us jump through hoop after hoop to approve my claim. It still hasn't been approved yet but Elie has been so patient with me and understanding, and is even towing my car from a Ford dealership during the holidays for me. I could weep with gratitude.
