“From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. They literally kept to their timeline, not a day off! Very pleased and if in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again I will certainly be coming straight to caliber collision in York.”
“Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. “I wish there were 10 Stars to rate this Company - that's how good they are! I found 3D accidentally; they are located next to the medical building where I see both a doctor and a physical therapist. Needing some body work on my vehicle, I stopped in after my PT one day. My intention was to make an appointment for a repair estimate; however, that day I had the good fortune to meet 3D's Rob Mestichelli, 3D Customer Service Rep who was manning the office. Rather than make me return another time for the estimate, he finished what he was doing, and proceeded to help me. Not only did he help with me the estimate, but also with navigating the claims process with my insurance company and securing a rental with Enterprise, located directly across the street. The very next day I had an appt. for my vehicle's repairs to begin - thanks in large part to Rob's courteousness, knowledge, customer service skills, and assistance above and beyond! He truly is a consummate professional.
During the four days my car was in the shop I received daily updates on repair progress - either by phone or by text message. The day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated text informing me that the work was over 50% complete, and that it would be ready for pick up the next business day, as promised. The level of communication between 3D and its customers is exceptional.
When I arrived to pick up my car the next afternoon, it was sitting in front of the shop - looking as good as the day I drove off the dealer's lot when I purchased the car two years prior. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail which Rob and his crew provided while my vehicle was at 3D. It was clear as day that they wanted to ensure that I would be a happy customer when the work was complete.
I read a couple of the almost non-existent negative reviews here on Google, and I am truly baffled by the claims they make. It is no wonder that the 5 star reviews far, far, far outweigh the others. If you are looking for a reputable Collision Center whose reputation and work are beyond reproach, look no further than 3D; you won't be disappointed, Their work is outstanding.
3D Collision Centers in Wayne has a complete roster of dedicated, hard-working customer service reps and techs. Rob Mestichelli is a tremendous asset to this organization. His office colleague, Jeff Swarz, is also a very friendly and helpful representative of this extraordinary organization.

“Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”

“Degovanni did a great job repairing my car after an unfortunate passenger door collision with plowed ice on the side of the road. They were able to get my car in for an estimate quickly and bring it in for repairs soon. They communicated well and did a great job. The doors that has been dented and ripped through look good as new (the ice that caused it was like the iceberg that took out the Titanic).
I also appreciate how well they worked with the nearby Enterprise rental place. They called Enterprise to come pick me up and bring me to the rental office when I dropped off my car. When my car was ready I was able to just leave it at DeGovanni for Enterprise to come get later. Very easy!”

If you want a personal and honest mechanic, this is the place to go. When my axle boot was torn, these guys hooked me up with a good estimate as well as the option for OEM once available. These guys are your old school real deal mechanics - I'd never feel bad about taking my car here, I know it gets done right. They are fantastic for inspections (the get my stickers nice and straight too!), oil changes, and everything else you can think of. You can not go wrong with Cadwalader.”
